These people scammed tens of thousands from membership customers. They should be in jail!!

Hi all who are trying to figure out what happened to the refunds. I was looking at my original invoices and saw a cancel subscription link. I followed the link and my two subscriptions were still ACTIVE. If you have that invoice be sure to cancel your subscriptions so you don't get charged more money. If you can dispute the charge. I'm trying to get the word out for other people who have had their money taken.

I come here to use the self-wash and the owner is so nice and genuinely likes to help customers out. Everything is reasonably priced and I love the selection of merchandise and dog treats.

Just walking around downtown fullerton and ran into this cute little shop. I am a dog mom and had to stop in. Had so many different treats for your pets, clothes, etc. They had all natural homemade vegan treats for the pets so I got cupcakes and my dogs loved them. Will be back

Very cute shop! Stopped by to bathe my dog & it was awesome! Staff is super friendly & helpful. It was my first time using the self bathe & one of the workers walked me through the whole process. Definitely visiting again!

First of all I brought my pup her for a self wash. $12 not so bad, they provide towel, shampoo/conditioner and toothbrush and paste. The lady was super helpful and took us in right away. However later that afternoon my dog starts to itch like crazy once I'm home. I'm thinking hmm it's her allergies nothing to worry about. The next day she's super itchy I check her fur and boom FLEAS! I work in the Veterinary industry and currently work from home I only go out when I need to run errands, my pup is on flea/heart worm prevention. The only place she was at yesterday was at home and Petlingo. I called at 12p on a Tuesday and no answer it went straight to voicemail over and over. (I have the call recorded and took screenshots on how many times I called) Finally after 2 hours some guy picks up! I tell him my issue and I asked prior to a self wash do you check the pets for fleas before going in the tub? Do you disinfect the tubs? His response "Uh no but that would something to consider having to check pets for fleas for baths and grooms" He said I can't prove your dog got fleas here but if she did I'm sorry. Never asked for my phone number or name nothing. He seemed so blah and un knowledgeable on dogs. And I told him everything and still said uh sorry. So f****** frustrating cause now my poor pup, had to be shaved down. Never will I ever step place into this pet all the reviews seem to be about the dog treats/cakes. Why run a business if you don't know s*** about pets? Or take proper safety measures?

Called in yesterday to inquire about a birthday cake for my doggy. Dana was very helpful & informed me that they have pre made cakes in their refrigerator & that custom orders have to be placed 48hrs in advance. I stopped in shortly after & picked up a 4in cake from the refrigerator. Dana was very friendly & helpful. She asked for my dog's name & she actually wrote it on the pre made cake! I was so grateful & super excited. She went above & beyond. My doggy's 10th birthday is gonna be even more special now:) Thank you Dana!
My dog turned 10 today and we wanted to do something special. We bought a round cake and two cookies and both of our dogs loved it! One of my dogs is an extremely picky eater and they didn't even think twice to chomp. Totally recommended!

I just visited this shop at 2:45pm. I checked the opening hour and the hour is 10-7 on Saturday, when arrived, the door is closed. We thought it has limited capacity due to covid so we waited. 10 mins later, a guy came out and opened the door for someone who wanted to be out. We thought we could go in. But this guy said with an annoying tone "are you coming to pick up? " I said, "no, we want to buy a cake." He turned his face to the sign on top of the door and pointed to the sign, said in a even more annoying tone, " I need my break, I must need a break. If you like, u can come back at 3:30." Then shut the door. Isn't it our fault? How do we know you need a break at 3-3:30? Additionally, as a sales person, do you know what is customer service? Or do you know what is manner? This is a ridiculously rude and such an awful experience. This guy should not work in a job market. If I can give a zero star, I would rather give zero.

A nice little store for dog treats and gear! I found a cute raincoat for my pup but they didn't have his size in stock, so they helped me order the right size and shipped it directly to us. He looks great and they kept us updated on the shipment status! They also have some very cute dog cakes that we plan on picking up for pup's birthday :)
