First and last time! Everything is so dirty... but what topped it off was when one of the workers kept the left over lemon wedges from a table to reuse!!

So I had lunch with my son today, its been a while we haven't been in here when water was free now you have to buy it from a bottle then prices went up. Wonton w pork and chicken - the wontons weren't good, some hard and not tasty. Grilled chicken with steam rice- rice . Chicken was hard and dry like if its been there for days not grilled. steam rice was good, the side carrots etc., not good at all. The only good thing was the shave ice-cream. Sadly, this place is a 1 for us, no longer coming back.

Broth is not good at all tastes like water. No flavor at all. The service was great though, 2 stars, but this is a restaurant and the food was not good. I to-go the pho, and had to add my own fish sauce to make it taste like something.

Had the yummy Pho with rare steak and tendon and it was awesome. Also must try the pork sausage roll and Thai iced tea with boba! This has a great variety of vietnamese food. Hubby had the pork ribs and shrimp with salad and rice. His tummy was very happy. Give this place a try. Yummy pho always hits the spot!

Not much aesthetically but when it's time for Pho, here is where we go. I have read a few reviews on how the service and ambiance are reminiscent of the DMV with the humming of fluorescent bulbs and the low budget decor covering the white walls, however, if you appreciate good authentic, ethnic food you'll realize that this is not why frequent these establishments. We come for the food. We are creatures of habit and usually go with a Large well done brisket pho and douse it with our hoisin sauce and chili paste/sriracha and place an order of shrimp spring rolls or Fried Shrimp Paste on Tofy Sauce (please do yourself a favor and try it). While you're eating, take your time and focus on how the hot broth is bringing healing to your body and how the simple ingredients are perfectly paired to turn something that is ordinary into something that feels like a comfort food (whether if it's from your home or not).

Not many pho places around this area, and this place is decent. Not the best, and definitely not the worst. Pho here has good flavor, so does the wonton egg noodle soup (though when I ordered they gave me rice noodles; I was too hungry to complain). Bowl of pho is okay priced; long gone are the days of cheap pho due to the times we're in. Small bowl of seafood pho cost $10.50. The place is clean and flooring looks current. Just make sure you don't mind seeing boxes of cups, etc. on display instead of stocked away. I've been to many mom and pop places that do this, so it's something I'm used to seeing. Service is straightforward, no frills. Right now, they don't serve cups of water; only bottles of water are available. I would come here again.

This spot is as close as it gets for us to get a quick pho fix, we’ve been here twice now and I’m going to say it’s mediocre at best. It's not the best pho, and it's nowhere near special but decently flavored to make the craving subside.First visit was dine in, I had ordered a regular Pho Dac Biet #18 - ($8.50) Small whereas Hubz got the same but a large bowl ($9.50) - broth was good, noodles were great, meat and everything is to be expected with it all being quite good. However, the portions were SO SMALL. Let’s just say I usually order a regular and that leaves me happy and full but here I would have had to order a large.Service dining was also slow. It looked like there were only two people running both the front and back of the house while the restaurant was packed with diners. We got a table and the menu almost immediately but waited 20 minutes to get our orders in. Food wait was another 15 minutes. Weirdly short staffed for a Friday night service.Second visit was a hungover take out excursion. This was a 2pm venture, I had called ahead and ordered #74 with the option of rice. This plate was sad, consisting of dry barely salted “charbroiled” pork and their typical pork sponge grilled, along with a very disappointing egg roll. The rice was mushy, while their nuoc mam was SO bland. The side salad was weird, it had the typical lettuce and cucumber with a hidden pickled pepper that leaked sourness to the rest of the salad. This was $10.50 and not worth it at all.Overall, if you’re reading this review and you have ANY OTHER OPTION, don’t go here. But if you insist, order the pho and be on your way to In and Out next.

If you're thinking of coming here, turn around. It's a trap!! As we walked in around lunch time, we couldn't help notice how empty the restaurant was. I prayed in my heart that it was due to the day being Christmas Eve and not because of subpar food. The restaurant exceeded my expectations. Not only was the food horrendous, but the service and pricing were downright heinous and criminal. Let's begin. Service - 1 star Server lady must have not been happy working on Christmas Eve because she looked like she was chewing on a big piece of dog doodoo. No smile or greetings - just 1-3 word phrase answers to remind us how miserable she was. Price: -1 star Yep, you saw that correct. It is a NEGATIVE one star. Who the hell in Orange County charges for WATER?! The lady claimed that the only water available was bottled water, which we had to pay $1.50 for. I'm pretty sure that not offering free tap water in restaurants is illegal. And the only reason I got the darn thing is because their lukewarm CAN of diet coke was a whopping $3.00. Are we in Europe right now? Should I be able to see the Louvre from where I'm sitting? Nope, all I see is the miserable waitress whose only excitement comes from ripping off innocent customers with $1.50 water. Food - 1 star I didn't even know it was possible to pho'k up pho until I visited this restaurant. The soup was bland and the fried rice looked and tasted like something a broke college student would cook up out of desperation. How do I know? I was that broke college student and I wasn't even a good cook! The fried rice was cold as if it had been made in bulk previously, and I had to add in heaps of sriracha sauce to my pho just so I could get it down my throat. I've had instant pho noodles that tasted better than this for 1/10 of the price. And along with it was FREE water. I'm still salty about the $1.50 bottled water. It is my hope and prayer that whoever is reading this review has not yet gone inside of this restaurant. There are a lot of restaurants in the area, so please choose one of those instead. And no, I'm not a troll. Just a concerned, kind citizen who cares for the well-being of your next lunch or dinner. Stay thirsty my friends.

There's too many good pho places out there for you to spend money here. There seems to have been a shift in ownership because the changes that followed were not for the better. Bland broth, sub par customer service...why would you even bother wasting your appetite and money?

Isaac K.

They mix their broth with water so the broth tastes very bland. We also ordered 2 larges but when we compared the noodles, one of the bowls barely had any noodles. We complained to the staff but they just claimed that it was large. What kind of service is this?? They charge a dollar for water as well. We always used to go here but after this, we are never going back here again.
