I visited for lunch as a group of five and ordered five bowls of pho. Unfortunately, there was more than a 20 minute gap between the first and last dish being served. The person who received their meal last didnāt have enough time to finish eating because our lunch break was almost over. It was disappointing that five bowls of the same dish at one table were not served together in a timely manner.
I also asked for sliced onions, but they came mixed with onion peels and cilantro. It honestly looked like leftovers had been gathered and served. The herbs were wilted and not fresh.
I usually come here because the pho is good, but this visit was very disappointing. I am writing this review in the hope that these issues can be improved.

Customer service is horrific. I have been to places that barely speak English with better service than here. No greeting, no service / check up, no refill on water, no bye or thank you after paying. I would be mortified if I owned a restaurant with these types of employees. Broth was oily and beef was overcooked. The atmosphere is a comfortable setting.
This place was our go to because of the portion sizes and the free rice noodle refill. However recently they made some changes and with those changes came a decline to the food taste we had been accustomed to.
Yesterday I went and dined in by myself. The broth seemed way more oily than before. The after taste of this broth is more oil than beef. The new sauce packets they started handing out are unable to be opened by hand so you have to ask them to open for you. I asked for a noodle refill which took long to come out. By the time it came out my broth was no longer hot and the noodles I was given were undercooked and so I could hear the crack as I chewed on them.
Very disappointed with the food quality as of late. Please do better!!

Nice atmosphere, cute decor. Service was very good. We ordered the Oxtails Pho for $26ā¦very little meat and the flavor was just ok. Also got the bahn miā¦it was very disappointing.

I have been to several Pho places over the years and I have to say Pho A'mie Has the best tasting Pho around hands down! also had plenty of idems in the Pho . Plus they will give you another serving of Noodles. One was excellent for me. They are just a few dollars more than other Pho places. But we'll worth it.

Came here out of convenience, easy parking, very clean, friendly staff. Lots of seating, good variety on the menu, fairly priced, got the Bahn mi and very very disappointing. Very little meat. Flavor was lacking. Took a very long time so Iām assuming it was fresh. It wasnāt fried pork. The portion was very small. Not sure how the other food was. I would not return here just for that reason. The reviews were good and the photos looked good, but thatās not what I received sadly.

Sooo pho kin slow. Bunch of amateurs, kids just taking sweet time not knowing what they're doing.
The food is even worse. The garlic noodle was so sweet I feel like I may get diabetes and the pho soup so bland to me that it tasted like canned beef broth plus tons of msg.
Really sad I was so unfortunate to try this restaurant.

When came last night, 7-11-25 around 8pm estimate. The customer service from the girl behind the cash register was incredibly rude to my children. My son stated he had a question on a dish he was curious about, he seen the picture on google, and she yelled āIām only taking drinks and appetizersā I told my son to continue with his question, she then waved her hand and walked away and yelled ālet me know when you are readyā. We were really excited to try a lot of their dishes but with nasty servers like her, I much rather take my money and business next door. Itās really sad that this location has people like that serving customers. We ended up leaving and going to * Pig N Big * next door. Great customer service there and great food.
