Pho is good and the amount is average. Decent but not a lot. What I don’t like is that I have to go get my own water and to pay I have to go up to the counter.

We love the pho here, also bun Cha Ha Noi was delicious. We also ordered Vietnamese cafe sua and fried sesame red bean balls. They were so yummy and the coffee was so flavorful!!

Only ordered to-go from here a few times. We always get their pho, which is reasonably priced and tastes great. The broth is flavorful, and they provide a good amount of noodles, meat, and toppings (bean sprouts, basil, lemons, jalapeños, green onions, white onions, cilantro, hoisin sauce and sriracha packets). Even though I've never dined in, service looks like it may be lacking a bit. Sometimes when we arrive to the restaurant to pick up our to-go order, all the workers are in the back and nowhere to be seen even when there are customers dining. Overall, we enjoy the pho here!

We got kalbi and pho and it was so good! Kalbi was surprisingly tender and delicious!

The food was just mediocre at best. Ordered the shrimp and pork spring roll and a seafood claypot. Spring rolls, which I was craving immensely and was the sole reason for me to even go out, were misleading based on other customer photos. Those were large and loaded..mine were sad and disappointing.. thin thin pork slivers with halved shrimps and boatload of filler lettuce. The clay pot tasted only of buttery fried rice. Few pieces of shrimp and fish ball and maybe one tiny piece of squid. I had to add hoisin sauce, siracha, and soy sauce for this dish to have any flavor or dimension. Service was just ok. The lady recommended pho but I wanted to know any alternative dishes. I don't think she understood my asking of other options so she went in the back and we got a different server. Would not try again.

hello there, lots of parking spaces here, and the food was not on point. their take on Vietnamese differs than your home vietnamese cuisine down on bolsa. for example, I orderded the bo kho or beef stew and it was not bo kho with the thick dark brown stew. their take was more of a water pho base and brisket and small steak slices without the big pork chunks. it really tasted like pho which was not what I ordered. a few of the beef pieces tasted very old and they just threw abunch of stuff together and sprinkles bo kho seasoning on top. definitely a no for bo kho. the spring rolls were a disaster, the peanut sauce was tangy, sour and wet. not thick at all. short on the shrimp and protein meat. small rolls. the clay pot lacked flavor and had no spice. no no no. the food should be good already without adding any sauce. the only thing that was great was their avocado smoothie which was rich and creamy. would order that again.

One of the best pho place I have had in the US. Broth was so flavorful I was addicted! Fresh veggies and definitely one of the cleanest Pho place in town!

I’ve been there twice. The pho and other foods are very good! However, each time, the waitress was rude. Bad customer service here.

The guru was in this area the other day just flat out hungry and decided to give this place a try. I knew instantly it was a mistake when the place was completely empty.I ordered pho and shrimp fried rice and my wife got a bbq chicken. The beef in the pho was dried to a crisp. The broth was very bland. The fried rice was way over cooked with very few shrimp.BBQ chicken was bland as well. All of that for $45. Not only did I have a bad meal but it was overpriced as well. Also I had to get my own water from the water station. The server just basically brought out our food and never came back to at least check on us. I wouldn't mind the self service option if the food was a lot cheaper. So is this place fast casual or just a takeout place? Or is it trying to be a legit restaurant. I don't know and I don't really care. This place is such a hot mess I very much doubt I'll be coming back here.

Horrible customer service! No hello No good bye! Their so called cool self serve/self/Togo/self pay is not ideal. Why do we have to Tip if everything was self serve? Inside the store almost all the tables were dirty and nobody came out to clean it. There was only 1 waitress and the place was pretty big. They didn't have a cashier nor someone who took care of the dirty tables. It was just 1 waitress and a cook who was taking payments and didn't give me a Togo lid when I asked. She replied they don't have?!!! Food was terrible the appetizer platter had fries and wings which were served cold. The pho they served me was someone else's and she took it back. When I tried mine it was just OK...overall their food was not authentic it was a mix fusion of yard house who sold PHO.....I really tried to like this place since it's a convenient location for me but I will PASS!

Top tier pho! You can't beat this 1000%. I recommend this to anyone who comes to OC. The broth was really clear and fragrant. The meat quality was good. Portions are big!I also recommend the egg rolls. They were worth and I hardly ever order egg rolls out.The service is wonderful!
