I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I got Pad Thai noodles and dessert drinks. The dessert was a complete scam—95% water with almost no filling, yet they charge nearly $4.50 each. Total rip-off. The Pad Thai was disgusting: tasteless, greasy, and they actually wrapped hot noodles in plastic. It’s unsafe and a serious health hazard.

When I complained, the lady owner shrugged it off and told me it was “too late.” Completely unprofessional and rude. The place itself looks filthy, totally empty, and I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the kitchen was just as bad. On top of that, the atmosphere is sketchy with homeless people hanging around right outside.

If they’re cutting corners this badly on food quality, and cleanliness, who knows what else is going on behind the scenes. I will never eat here again, and I strongly warn others to stay away.

I used to get Banh Mi in my college days because it was cheap and decent. I recently try came in for pho and some rice dish. It was extremely disappointing. I can taste the frozen icey flavor and possibly old meat. Which kind of gave it an odor and taste. The beef rice dish was also a fail, I'm 90% sure the beef was old. I've never tasted anything this bad from a restaurant, and I love Vietnamese food and all sorts of cuisine. I don't think I will go back to this place. I love learn my lesson. Also forgot to mention although service was decent, the bathroom was super unsanitary as well. I hope they change it up for the better. It's not that hard.

I recently ordered Pho Ap Chao for my dad using the DoorDash delivery system they use. The app clearly stated “rice noodles” with no mention of whether the noodles would be fried or soft.

When I came in to pick up the order, I asked the staff if the noodles were fried or soft. The lady told me I had chosen fried noodles, which I absolutely did not. The app only says “rice noodle” and nothing else. I explained that my father is elderly and needs soft noodles to chew on and asked if I could swap them out. She said “no” without hesitation, and I ended up having to pay extra for soft noodles.

I am only writing this review in hopes they address and fix this issue in their delivery system so future customers know exactly what they are ordering, especially when dietary needs are involved. Clear labeling would make a big difference.

Just left the restaurant. The staff is very pleasant. Sat down and waited for my spicy noodles. Took one bite of the pork and could not stomach it. The smell and taste were terrible. Possibly the worst food I have ever eaten.

I was on this place this morning at 11:30am. I ordered to go sandwiches and milk tea and my bill was $19.99. I only have $20 bill and did get a chance to tip the cashier. When they gave my order the cashier went to the dining area and i was standing in front of the cashier. She asked me what do I need and i said can i have hot sauce? She said no we don't have hot sauce in a mean way. She looks mad because i did not give her tip. I usually give at least 20% tip when i take my family here to eat. But i thought not giving tip on to go order is fine. I just want to vent out because i felt embarrassed when she talk to me in a high tone voice and mad face. The people that are eating are looking at us so i just walk out with my head down. I am never coming back to this place again and i will take my family somewhere else. I will never recommend this place to friends and family again. I never got embarrassed like this for a long time now.

One word: variety!

This place has everything — pho, banh mi, egg rolls, rice plates, pad Thai, and even hot pot.

We came for a quick lunch and ended up with a feast.

The pho broth was light and clean, the grilled pork rice plate was perfectly charred, and the egg rolls were crispy without being greasy.

Oh, and their prices? So reasonable it almost feels like a throwback.

Great portions, fast service, and a massive menu.

Highly recommend if you’re hungry and indecisive (they’ve got it all).

Good spot for quick lunch, grab and go. Recommend their bbq pork sandwich and peach tea. They currently had a promo for buying two sandwiches and get one free.

Bread is soft and fresh, unfortunately there is not enough meat to bread ratio. Peach tea is too sweet but watered down tastes great and is refreshing.

It was ok. The coconut drink with jelly was good.

I had a very disappointing experience. The cashiers was terrible, and the food wasn’t much better. The cashier was extremely rude—she actually yelled at us to pay cash $2 because she didn’t know how to cancel an order. It left me feeling very upset, and I definitely won’t be coming back. The food may be cheap, but given the poor service, I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

We recently visited this restaurant and ordered the grilled pork sandwiches. Unfortunately, both of us became extremely sick shortly after eating. Since we were traveling out of town, this experience made things even more difficult. We’re unsure whether the meat was expired or contaminated, but something in those sandwiches caused a serious illness. Please be cautious if you plan to eat here.

I was here just to pick up some banh mi in a rush. There was a line on a Sunday afternoon! Then I noticed they have hot pot on the menu !? They look like individual pots, like the ones from Boiling Point.

The banh mi was good and it was B2G1!

Free and plenty of parking in the lot. They are next to Panera Bread in the Amazon Fresh plaza (next to Costco).

This is the best Pho hands down! My daughter comes from San Diego just to eat here! The prices are affordable and the sandwiches are amazing too. Service not that great language barriers but the Pho is amazing
