Food was amazing, chicken was juicy. Veggies were fresh. Service was fast and friendly. They answered any questions I had. Will definitely be going back.

Had the WORST customer experience ever. I am a fluent Vietnamese American customer who wanted to speak Vietnamese when ordering to make it easier for the OLD lady taking my order. She took my order down wrong even though I spoke clearly that I wanted Pho/Noodle Soups and not Banh Mi and she had the nerve to blame it on me and make a remark saying that I cannot speak Vietnamese and rolling her eyes. I was trying to be nice, so I ignored her remark. Whoever she is needs to be fired immediately. Terrible customer service. I came in on Friday 11/28 around 2pm and she was working with another male coworker. Do not come here if you want to be harassed by an old Asian lady working a minimum wage job.

This is my go to for a quick local Banh mi fix.
Especially when i use to live in Fullerton.
Also good good their quick food to go that’s premade.
Also is a restaurant for decent Vietnamese food including Pho & grilled pork chops.
They offer different milk teas with tapioca boba toppings $ 6 but have a BOGO free deal.
What we ordered
~ milk teas w rainbow jelly is good.
~ thai green milk tea with tapioca aka boba is good. Not overly sweet. Tapioca boba is decent.
~ Tri color dessert is a known Vietnamese Che aka dessert. A bit on the sweet side but teally good.
Also have Vietnamese dessert/Che.
I’ll have to update on their banh mi. It’s been awhile since I’ve had their Banh Mi sandwiches.
Service is ok, it’s a bit hard w language barrier which ends up turning into un politeness.
Restuarant can use a bit updated. It’s like a hole in the wall type of vibe.
Located in the same plaza as Costco Warehouse & Amazon Fresh market, next to Panera Bread.
Lots of parking available. But can be packed due to Costco warehouse shoppers.

Egg rolls were pre cooked and almost cold. Sandwich had no flavor. Also you get one packet of sauce if you ask and one napkin. Had to ask 3 times to get the right amount of items.
worst food! never come back.

I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I got Pad Thai noodles and dessert drinks. The dessert was a complete scam—95% water with almost no filling, yet they charge nearly $4.50 each. Total rip-off. The Pad Thai was disgusting: tasteless, greasy, and they actually wrapped hot noodles in plastic. It’s unsafe and a serious health hazard.
When I complained, the lady owner shrugged it off and told me it was “too late.” Completely unprofessional and rude. The place itself looks filthy, totally empty, and I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the kitchen was just as bad. On top of that, the atmosphere is sketchy with homeless people hanging around right outside.
If they’re cutting corners this badly on food quality, and cleanliness, who knows what else is going on behind the scenes. I will never eat here again, and I strongly warn others to stay away.

I used to get Banh Mi in my college days because it was cheap and decent. I recently try came in for pho and some rice dish. It was extremely disappointing. I can taste the frozen icey flavor and possibly old meat. Which kind of gave it an odor and taste. The beef rice dish was also a fail, I'm 90% sure the beef was old. I've never tasted anything this bad from a restaurant, and I love Vietnamese food and all sorts of cuisine. I don't think I will go back to this place. I love learn my lesson. Also forgot to mention although service was decent, the bathroom was super unsanitary as well. I hope they change it up for the better. It's not that hard.

I recently ordered Pho Ap Chao for my dad using the DoorDash delivery system they use. The app clearly stated “rice noodles” with no mention of whether the noodles would be fried or soft.
When I came in to pick up the order, I asked the staff if the noodles were fried or soft. The lady told me I had chosen fried noodles, which I absolutely did not. The app only says “rice noodle” and nothing else. I explained that my father is elderly and needs soft noodles to chew on and asked if I could swap them out. She said “no” without hesitation, and I ended up having to pay extra for soft noodles.
I am only writing this review in hopes they address and fix this issue in their delivery system so future customers know exactly what they are ordering, especially when dietary needs are involved. Clear labeling would make a big difference.
