I always found Pieology to be a lesser rip off of Blaze Pizza with just higher prices. I ate at this location inside the CSUF campus when I was visiting a friend. My pizza came out completely burnt and dry and the employees really didn't seem to care since there was a long line of students waiting for pizza during the lunch hour rush. That doesn't excuse selling a substandard product at all. Pizza is one of my favorite foods, and the fact that this location was selling me a burnt pizza that was downright inedible is completely inexcusable!

I have tried this place 3-4 times now, and its honestly like rolling a dice. Taste is always good. The portion sizes are getting smaller each time, to the point where the custom pizza looks similar to the small, yet they charge the same price as any ordinary Pieology. They don’t have a machine press for their pizza dough, so the employees have to make every single pizza by hand. The workers are very inconsistent with the sizes. They forget to slice the pizza even after ordering ahead. I hope the management gives employees the proper tools and equipment, because the employees need them. Employees are taking a very long time to deal with small lines. I would recommend to just skip this restaurant and go next door until they start helping their employees.

Order cauliflower crust pizza. Pizza was good. Since it’s thin and small it serves one hungry person unlike other pizza’s this cannot be shared. But taste is cool. Feel it’s pricey. Quality is good. It would be fun if it was little bit bigger but looks like that’s their signature style of making. Unfortunately was hungry ate all of it. Have no pictures . But will try other pizza and will the pictures up.

The food was solid and the lady was nice. But the middle aged Hispanic man MANAGER acted entitled. He basically told the lady that “she put too much cheese”. Which is rude since I did order the build your own. Which technically I could put whatever I want on my pizza and some ppl would order all types of toppings. But I’m a cheese and pepperoni guy so I wanted to fill up. So what’s wrong with putting alot of cheese and pepperoni?
Although the wait takes a while, In the end it was worth it. Thank you Pieology. Loved it!
Terrible service, the people working there did not want to help at all. The cashiers and servers were always in a bad mood and when someone was slow to pick up their order, always gave a big sigh and shook their heads.
Terrible service, it used to be a nice place to have lunch while on campus but they changed the people working there and the guy older guy he is always in a bad mood.
Back in WA State, we go to a similar style pizza place called Mod Pizza where you can custom make vegan pizzas. Pieology has more options for vegan meat toppings and crusts but each of them cost extra. The vegan meatballs and Italian sausage are so good but they are $1 each to add, and the thick crust and deep dish crusts are about $2 each (not sure if these are vegan). So even though the custom pizzas start at $10.45, adding these options make your personal sized pizza a lot more expensive. The pizzas were very good though and we would come again if we are in the area.
good atmosphere and great service

I bought a gift card the other day at Pieology as part of a promotion where you get a free pizza when you buy the $25 gift card. The girl at the counter was having some trouble issuing it but she said it would show up on my app within 24 hours. It’s been two days and it hasn’t showed up. And I’ve called three times and nobody has tried to return my call at all. Very slow customer service the phone always goes to an awkward voicemail it doesn’t even say it’s Pieology. I hope they will contact me to resolve this.

I love their whole wheat crust pizza. It’s healthy for you and you don’t even realize it.
