Pieology Fullerton (Chapman/State College)

We've been coming to this pieology since its inception in Fullerton and absolutely love it but I have to tell you the pizzas we got tonight were the best ones ever!!! 😋
You guys rock!! 🍕 Not only is your food great but so is your service! I would have attached the picture but we gobbled it up before we thought about it 🤪

Bought takeout. Ordered online for pickup. Order was ready in about 30 minutes. Order was accurate and tasted great! The pies were not circular and not sliced all the way through though.

Hit this place right before dinner time, and after lunch, on a week day.
With that said, MY pie was EXCELLENT!.!.! Service: great 👍👌.
I would really like to say try this place, it will not disappoint. If you enjoy a good pie!.!.!

I walked into Pieology and stood there completely ignored. The line was long — fine. But what’s not fine is the entire staff acting like I was invisible. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” not even eye contact. Just straight-up disregard.

If you’re too busy to acknowledge a customer, you’re doing it wrong. I didn’t just leave hungry — I left irritated. Basic human decency costs nothing. Won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects the bare minimum level of respect.

I haven’t ate pizza in a while. Let me tell you I loved it. Outstanding Gourmand taste. Its taste is like a pizza from a fancy restaurant with the perfect price point. Not going anywhere else for pizza that’s for sure.

Filthy, empty, slow - flavorless. Spit on the floor by the handicapped table, had to step over a large puddle of leaking soda in front of the door, waited while one employee stood there holding his personal fan on him self while another employee stocked 2 batches of toppings until they would even take my order. One of our pizzas was Alfredo and it was brushed on so thin that it was transparent. Pizza itself used to be so good, the ingredients today were noticeably inferior

Bad! Raw! Ordered by phone for a quick pick up, and I ended up waiting for 40 minutes before I got my raw cheese. I asked for 3 toppings on my 2 pizzas, and I practically got 3 pepperonis on each pizza 🍕 wtf!! So under cooked.

If I wanted just bread, I would’ve gone to a bakery.

Ordered an 11-inch pizza from Piology and got about 6 inches worth of sauce—generously spread in the center only like it was a rare spice harvested by moonlight. The rest? Dry, desert-like crust that could double as building material. I mean, why even pretend? Just give me a loaf and a tomato emoji next time.
And to top it off, the pizza was half-cooked—like the oven gave up halfway and said, “That’s enough effort for today.” Biting into it felt like a trust fall that no one caught. I've seen more commitment in a toddler’s coloring book than in the sauce distribution here.
*Save your money*. Or better yet, buy plain naan and draw sauce with a marker—same experience, fewer carbs.

Very slow service. Takes 30-45 minutes for an order. They usually don’t have enough staff.

Employees are what make this place still worth going. With the prices going up They are often understaffed but always working their butts off! The food is always yummy and warm.

I love this place and was excited to go eat here after a while. However the family in front of us ordered 6 pizzas so after waiting 30 minutes to order, our 2 pizzas were burnt. The staff had such a great attitude and I understand mistakes happen but after waiting half an hour for 2 hard pizzas I was pretty upset. They also had no onions 😕😕

They keep carrying less and less toppings. It's really annoying when you don't have spicy marinara anymore but still have an ad up for it

Ordered online for a quick pickup but instead waited as the order had yet to be made as soon as I arrived. 25 min until I actually got my order with 2 people also waiting for pickup. Not busy at all with 2 workers and 2 people dining in. Unacceptable and do not recommend when there’s other options available with faster service.

Always great service. Tony made our pizzas amazing today!! Also took the time to explain cauliflower crust details. Our favorite location!
