It was my first time at this establishment. I thought I would support a local BBQ spot. But I’d like my money back. I’m deeply disappointed in the food. For starters, who the heck puts bell peppers in Mac n cheese? The Mac n cheese is flavorless and it has a watery texture. The cornbread has a dense texture and I strongly recommend having a good butter and honey on hand. The tri tip and brisket were not bad. I ended up using Sweet Baby Rays, rather than the sauce choices they offered. I would give them a second taste, but next time I will get the baked potato. I ended up going to Wendy’s to get one . Baked potato because I had already spent almost $25 for the meal and didn’t want to spend to much more to salvage the part of the meal that was decent.

The brisket chilli is some of the best I’ve ever had, all the meats are slow smoked and have wonderful flavor. It’s our new favorite bbq spot. The ribs are my go to.

Got 2, 3 meat combos to sample all the meats. Very good and tender. Side were on point. At 28 a plate it feeds 2 easily. Very clean, good service and they have some beer and wine. Will be back to try the taco Tuesday for sure.

Incredible pork and beef burnt ends. We had three meat combo and 2 sides . It was enough for 2 of us and some to take home. The Mac and cheese with jalapenos was a surprisingly different treat. Great choices of beers that will be a great add to the meal .

The brisket was extremely dry and tough, the “baked” mac n cheese was just noodles with cheese sauce and bacon poured on top, the spicy sausage kinda looked and tasted like a hot dog they sautéed in jalapenos and onions, the baked beans were extremely average as well. The pulled pork was the only decent thing we had and to be fair, it’s very difficult to mess that up. The service was decent, staff were friendly but would definitely not return to eat here. Food was very very underwhelming.

Despite a large and meaty menu to sample, I always find myself buying the quesadilla. It's likely the best quesadilla I've ever eaten.
The price point here might be a slight bit higher than similar places, but they certainly don't skimp out on meat or cheese. The staff is friendly, as well. Highly recommend.
