DELIVERY DRIVERS BEWARE. This place has rudest employees, they make delivery drivers wait on purpose and when objected; their response is typical “we are so busy” NO its not about being busy. They call drivers once they get order from delivery company. And driver arrives and wait in lobby when order not even started. When young male employee realized I knew he was lying he told me “get out of here” Imagine how much lost wages they are causing.

Pizza had no sauce, pepperoni looked old and dry. The boneless wings had very little sauce on them. Seems like this location is penny pinching their customers, I’d recommend to find a different location to get your food from. I won’t be going back to this one.

This is the WORST Pizza Hut EVER! They pour sweet and sour sauce over the boneless wings and call it buffalo. The pizza was so dry and crunchy you think you were eating toast instead. It's dirty and those working the counter actually hate their jobs because they act as if they don't want to be bothered and you know what? I will not be frequenting this location ever again. Worth the drive to go to the Cypress location.

10/14/2024 I hope the owner sees this so he learns to look for his workers today 10/14/2014 an employee of this store said he was the owner and that he did what he wanted there I came to pick up two orders and he did not want to deliver them to me because I did not have bags according to his duty is to deliver the orders and I will take care of the rest I hope the owner takes action on this matter and fires him because next time I will call the police because he came outside to verbally assault me and tell me to find another job and he tried to hit me but when I told him to hit me that I would call the police he did not do it and he damaged a windshield wiper on my car and then when he went inside he started making gang signs at the door as if he wanted to intimidate me pizzahut 112 N. Euclid St. Fullerton ca 92833 I come here often to pick up orders and this person is already a problem

I paid $15 for a 4 inch personal pan pizza and 4 tiny boneless wings. The Italian sausage was old and the nuggets were cold! Horrible experience!

Manager is very rude and curses at his customers, for his own mistakes. I am surprised with all the complaints I see written here that he’s still working there. Whatever happened to customer service ? It is NONEXISTENT at this Pizza Hut-we will never order from this location again.

I’m here waiting in lobby to order pizza, been standing here for 15 minutes and not one employee has come to great me or ask me for help, they need to train people to do their job properly. I will NEVER COME HERE OR ORDER HERE! BAD BAD SERVICE OR SHOULD I SAY NO SERVICE AT ALLLLL!
Wish I could give 0 stars...Called and placed and order over an hour ago. They said it would be about 35-45 minutes. An hr passed so called to check the status. The order wasn't even put into the system. So we tried to get the order placed and the girl on the phone was rude as heck. Kept acting like she didnt hear what the order was. My familys been coming to this pizza hut for about 20 years. To receive this kind of service is absolutely ridiculous and we will make sure to NEVER order from here again due to this stupidity and negligence...

Ordered pizza for takeout. It was late and my girlfriend had to use the restroom. We understood that there was only an employee restroom but we tried to ask anyway. We would have been okay if we were told no. Instead the male manager told her to “just go in the alley around back” that is beyond unprofessional, and gross if you ask me.

I ordered my food and went in 5mins when they said it's ready. and it wasn't ..I was fine with that and asked for a bathroom. And the lady was nice and asked for a " manger" and he said go out out in the Ally... so I did not cried. But still waiting for 20 minutes.
