SCAM! I am the only one in the office who orders products. I was out one day and the company called and told one of our girls that they wanted to confirm the sizes we ordered. Naturally she assumed we did since this random company called? She told them the sizes and thats it!! Next thing I know we have gotten 2 different boxes of gloves in the mail. When I asked how they got our payment info-they wont respond! They also said they have no record of sending us gloves this last time, but I better send it back now or I would be billed for it. LOL They are a scam and incredibly rude. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR PAY THEM!!!!!!!!!

I bought two bottles of muscle accelerator in two different occasions. They were both way past due.l was ripped off and never actually got the chance to see if the product worked.This is terrible and one star is too many to rate this company in my opinion.

THESE PEOPLE CALL CONSTANTLY HARASSING OFFICES AND ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. WE DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THESE PEOPLE YET THEY ALWAYS NEED TO TALK ABOUT AN ORDER. WHEN I TOLD THE PERSON CALLING THAT WE DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT AND THERE IS NOTHING TO TALK ABOUT HE INSISTED HE WOULD CALL BACK TOMORROW EVEN THOUGH I ASKED HIM NOT TO. JUST BLOCK THE NUMBER.

horrible scamming company they call you and act like they are helping you and they are just confusing you. just like the other reviews say they do the same thing to this day! unfortunately, they got me as they kept calling EVERYDAY until i talked to them and they always called during my busy morning times never my slow times as i asked or when i tried to call them they never took my call only called me back. i paid for 1 invoice and never got the product then they called again and did the same thing to me however this time i caught on to their scheme and did not pay and have yet got the product of small and medium gloves they said we would be getting "eventually due to back up" YEAH RIGHT. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY BEWARE OF SCAM

If I could I would rate them with NEGATIVE stars. This place is a total scam. They get the name of whoever orders in your office and then call as though you have placed an order and inform you it's on backorder just to get you to approve the wait and then invoice you for products you never needed or ordered from them. If you are a busy office and order medical supplies from multiple vendors they are hoping you are too busy to be paying attention and get you to agree to a back order. It's the saddest attempt at making a living! Pathetic.

Fraud alert! We received several “confirmation” calls confirming a glove order that was supposedly back ordered when we originally ordered. The representative, stated they were ready to ship and he was notifying us of the delivery. The employee they spoke to and recorded thought she was confirming the delivery information. We never placed an order from Purity Medical. I then received an invoice for $1,652.47 without receiving product. $1,652.47 for 6 cases of gloves, $122.47 for shipping. When I spoke with “Chris”, he couldn’t tell me who originally placed the order only that one of my staff members confirmed the order when they called. He refused to transfer me to the billing department or a manager. He stated he would cancel this order and all future orders. The web site doesn’t allow you to view any products to determine what products were being invoiced for and Chris wouldn’t send me the product information. After reviewing receivables, it appears the practice paid a previous invoice without receiving product. We will be streamlining our ordering process.

This company tricks company’s in to to purchasing their over priced gloves. Over $300 for 10 boxes of gloves is ridiculous. They call the office and speak to a random employee confirming an order that was placed and the employee agrees not knowing any better. Don’t deal with this company!!!!!
