Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

This is deep Fried Chicken Fingers, there's not much you can do wrong with that. Of course, if you don't like deep-fried food, this is not for you. It's also a chain, so you're not looking for Gourmet. You don't go to a fast food place and search of the finer palette flavors. What I look for in a fast food place is consistency. What's the promised product executed well, and is the price reasonable? My only beef with this chicken place is that it's a little pricey for my taste.

Came in with a party of ten, Ilse helped me gather tables together so we could all sit together. Ilse or Iise not sure how to spell her name had a pleasant attitude the entire time. Thank you for your great customer service the night of 10/13/2024

I got a trainee I believe who was being trained by the manager and she was so nice and helpful butttt the manager or trainer training her was so mean to her and made me disgusted. She said “don’t make me mad” when she made a mistake… trainers are suppose to have patience and the people who are being trained make mistakes obviously.

Wow, Great customer service! Jamal provided outstanding service during my visit to Canes. Came during a busy Sunday afternoon and I didn’t expect much. However, Jamal was friendly, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I haven’t seen customer service like this in a long time. Always makes the meal all the more better.

I'm going to be 100% honest. The service is fantastic. The chicken is good but without their special sauce it would taste like the other chicken places. Their Texas toast is only toasted on one side which makes the bite mushy. For me their coleslaw needs to be blended more. The fries are so so. This is just my own opinion.
