$4 for a can of soda that costs 60 cents. $17 for a basic BLTA on sliced grocery store bread and a tiny salad that consisted of diced cucumber and tomato with plain white vinegar. The kids meal is one egg scrambled and a tiny pancake. I left feeling like I would need to feed my kid again in an hour. Forget ordering a salad unless you want to spend over $20 after adding chicken for $7. If I'm going to splurge on a weekday lunch, there are much better options. I probably won't be back.

I used to come here often for breakfast, so when my boyfriend and I were in DTF checking out a viral matcha coffee shop, I thought, why not stop by and give this place another try? Unfortunately, I left pretty disappointed.

This cafe sits on the corner of a historic 1920’s building that once housed the Rialto Theater, which makes it a charming spot. But the charm ended there. Despite the half-hour wait (understandable since the space is small), the food was just not it. Everything we ordered looked unappetizing and tasted bland. What happened here??

I ordered the breakfast panini and my boyfriend got the two eggs any style. When I asked the server which side she recommended, she proudly suggested the hash browns. Sadly, they arrived cold and completely unseasoned, much like the rest of our meal.

I really wanted to like this place again, but it just didn’t deliver. With so many better breakfast options around DTF, this will probably be my last visit.

Overpriced with mediocre food and service. Had the huevos rancheros for breakfast, Potatoes, tortillas were undercooked. The best part was the black beans. Eggs were okay ' over medium '. They call French fries 'home fries'!? The cheeseburger looked good, but I did not try. Servers were nice but inattentive. Served the food and waited for the silverware. Gave us a 20 % discount for the undercooked fries, the bill was still over 100 dollars with tip, for 5 people with 3 regular breakfast plates, one burger plate, and a burrito. Average 25 dollars a plate. Had a 4.5-star rating which must be for the outside ambiance, luckily traffic was almost nil, so fumes were undetectable. Looks to be a 'young people' hang out with no concerns about throwing money away.

I want to go eat breakfast with my daughter. And it's the food and the ambience and the history behind the historic Long Beach boat. Or should I say the Queen Mary that make this event memorable in our lots and future generations? I recommend this location to bring your friends with families or even on a date.

Yes! Great blueberry pancakes for breakfast this morning. Kind and caring young lady waited on us outside. Coffee was excellent!

I wanted to go to a coffee shop to study but most of them were completely full so I went here upon seeing it not busy, I started by ordering a coffee and asked if I could study here which they said yes too. I was there alone for about 40 mins studying before ordering a sandwich with hash brown which I also paid for upfront. I was eating slowly for another hour and studying when I heard the workers talking about how someone was taking so long even they were not busy and something about this not being a Starbucks and one of them turned around to look at me which was completely obvious since she was sitting 5 feet in front of me. Even if they weren’t talking about me the atmosphere was not welcoming. It was also super hot no ac and the food was mediocre for $20

Just to preface, I am very low maintenance and rarely complain about food. The servers were nice and helpful, the place itself is nice, but the food was very mediocre *at best*, especially for the pricing. The Chilaquiles looked and tasted like a $7 meal from a drive through. The hash browns were completely unseasoned and dry. The mushrooms on the Portobello sandwich were not cooked properly and the sandwich was just very bland in seasoning and ingredients. They would be ok if they were sub $10 items. What's with the single use plastic cups with straws for water? Kind of odd and wasteful for a sit down establishment. No espresso based coffee.

went to brunch with my parents for valentine’s day and it was the WORST experience. the servers were so rude to us and the food was barely mediocre. I had higher expectations and nothing tasted good. It was evident the workers were annoyed to serve us and they didn’t even get our orders right (and acted as if that was supposed to be our fault). they also charge a service fee too now. There’s so many other better breakfast places out there, DON’T GO HERE!!

I'm gonna start off with saying the service was incredible. The individuals who work there are super sweet and on top of there job. I bought the $17 panini and was very disappointed. There was no flavor and you could tell the ingredients they use are cheap and old. I was eating cardboard. My wife bought the strawberry crepe and the strawberries were moist pink and white. The price did not reflect the quality of food or amazing service. Fix the food then it would be a 5 star place.

Terrible service from the server with all the tattoos. She did not ask if we wanted a refill on coffee, did not ask how the meal was. Forgot the toast. When we asked her about it she rolled her eyes and walked away. Every other time the service has been great. Perhaps this employee is new or just checked out? Bummer.

We had a lovely breakfast here, visiting from out of town. The food was delicious but not quite as amazing as we were expecting for a SoCal brunch in Fullerton. It has the potential to go to the next level with some intentional improvements. We would eat here again.

This place is a good stop if you’re walking in downtown Fullerton and would like a bite to eat. For 2 burritos, one order of chilaquiles, and one Avocado and Swiss sandwich we paid around $70 something+ but we left a 20% tip and total was $88 and some change. We also got a side of jalapeños for $2. The people were very kind and made sure everything was going well throughout the meal.
