I ordered taquitos and when I took a bite I didn’t see any filling so i unraveled the taquito to see what was inside and it was just the tortilla. I’m not trying to be mean but I’m being honest it was so sad. I was so disappointed that i didn’t even want to order anything else.
Great rolled tacos and very good enchilada plate.
I've gone to this place twice. The first time I ordered a chicken quesadilla. Customer service was not good but the quesadilla was pretty decent, so I decided to try again a couple months later. I ordered for pick up through Door-Dash at 8:20PM, google says they close at 9PM and I live about 5 minutes away. Door-Dash notifies me they took my order and payment. I get there and the doors locked but I see some staff inside. I try knocking on the door and I'm waived away. I show that I put an order online through doordash and they shrug me off. No chance to explain or talk to them, just waived away. Even if the food is good not worth it for that kind of service. On top of everything they have their hours listed on the window saying they're supposed to close at 10 PM not 9 PM.
Good food. Over priced. Staff is friendly. Racist writings in bathroom looks old management has yet to remove it.
the dining room needs some love, but the food was delicious and they willingly added beans instead of eggs to my breakfast burrito. They were out of ham when we went.
My go to place whenever I visit OC. Always ordered fish burrito, tho my last one didn't taste as good. Tasted like they changed the ingredients.
Smells like a toilet. Falling apart. What happened to this place? Been going here for years and the owners have been putting money back into the restaurant. It’s gross. Now they can’t afford workers so everything takes forever to cook.
Not friendly, very rough customer service, only cash, food tastes like from a can.
CARNE ASADA FRIES WERE GOOD, FRIES WELL COOKED, ROLLED TAQUITOS TASTY ?.
Extremely overpriced. 14.00 for super fries? Not even quality super fries either, very soggy fries & extremely diluted guacamole, couldn’t even finish my meal. & it seems like the price fluctuates it’s not stable , one day you’ll pay 8.00 and another time 14-15.00 or whatever they feel like charging you on that day, no stability whatsoever. Not to mention horrible customer service, I called before I went in to see what time they close and before I could even finish my sentence I was hung up on. Don’t go here spend your money somewhere else. After receiving my food I told the employees to have a good night and I was met with eye rolls and for what? I don’t expect reciprocation but at the very least don’t roll your eyes at your customers who put money into your business! Wise up
Restaurantji Recommends
I been here about 6-7 times and out of those 3 times I had the cashier tell me it’s cash only. I know not that many people carry cash no more. What are they doing, trying to avoid paying taxes by doing cash only on certain days or time of the day? Come on its 2022 you gotta have a way to take payment by card ??♂️
Ok. Let's start with the good.... Ok, now that is out of the way... The Bad; everything tastes like it came out of a can, and it probably did. Nothing had any real flavor, it all tasted like salt and margarine. Cheese wasnt melted on anything, and the shredded cheese in the enchilada was actually cold... Which, for taking about 45 minutes to come out of the kitchen was really disappointing... The best part of the meal was the side of chips and guac, but only good if you scraped the thin green underseasoned and limp green "gaucamole" off of it. I Can not, under any circumstances, recommend going here.
Food is decent but pretty rude service also lazy staffed close time said 11 on a Saturday and they closed the door in my face at 10:20 and kept open sign turned on
Rude Employee. Food took forever and the restaurant is not even busy
I don’t understand I’ve been going to this Rigoberto‘s for close to 25 years and I can’t get more than two salsas per burrito? That’s pathetic considering the fact the cost of their burritos have gone up $3.50+ depending on who’s ringing you up and nothings been done to the place in the way of upgrades or renovation in all the years I’ve been eating there. Besides is it really that big of a deal to give me more salsa’s when I always tip? From now on instead of doing a tip I will use my money to pay for more salsas. What’s even worse is when the owners are there working they always give me at least four salsas per burrito and it’s the other workers that only give me two salsa’s and strictly enforce it! Maybe the owners remember me and appreciate me coming to eat at their establishment for all of these years and the regular workers can’t remember me and certainly don’t appreciate customers? I don’t know but I’m borderline not going to eat there anymore and if I do definitely not tipping anymore.
