I was working in the area yesterday and craving Mexican food, I drove right by this spot and it looked amazing. Unfortunately I have dietary restrictions so I called ahead to make sure they could accommodate me and was delighted when I learned that they could. I ordered food for my boyfriend and me and we both LOVED it. The man who helped me was so genuinely kind and worked hard to make sure the food was prepared in a way that would be consistent with my dietary needs. We will for sure be back, the food was delicious, and the service was amazing; we were incredibly impressed!
Vegetarian options: You will need to ask for vegetarian options but the staff was more than accommodating when I asked and even had some ideas for me of what to order.
Dietary restrictions: I am a vegetarian and asked for their not to be lard in my beans and they had lard-free beans already made which was awesome. Also, in my old~ish age I can no longer eat gluten in quantity and corn tortillas and corn chips are naturally gluten free so I had plenty of options. :)

This place is seriously so good. Hole in the wall Mexican food in Fullerton. I've had the mole , pastor burrito and tacos and it all tastes home made. Must try if you have not already!

When the taqueria first opened, the food was pretty good. In my opinion the quality and flavor were good. Over time that has been lost. This morning I ordered 2 carnitas burritos and some tacos. My companions, who ordered the burritos, said that the meat in the burritos was very dry and the flavor and quality is not the same as before. I ordered birria, pastor and carnitas tacos. The shepherd looks like he's barely been painted, he doesn't even have any color. It has a sweet taste like they put ketchup in it, in the end it bothers me. The birria, likewise, no longer has a good flavor. I hope they pay attention to customer opinions and improve the food.
Food is pricey but amazing!! Its hard to find authentic Mexican food in the o.c. and it was worth the price!! Employees are kind and offer free food and drinks after so many visits ?

The menudo and the birria tacos were pretty good. I'm not sure if the carne asada was old, but the burrito of asada and the asada fries were disgusting. There is just something about cold meat with cheese that wouldn't melt at all that was just yuck!! Service wasn't bad, they were pretty friendly.

Great hole in the wall restaurant. The fish tacos and burritos are delicious though my favorite was the chicken quesadilla. Definitely a must visit if you're in the area.

I love this place I have always enjoyed their menu until today. Ordered the menudo but was disappointed because it was only tripe and broth inside. No hominy/vegetables they do give you a side if cilantro,onions, and tortillas.
