Food’s great and the portions are big but the guy at the counter was rude and I grabbed a cup thinking it was for sauce and he called me out loudly like I did something wrong. It was embarrassing and felt unnecessary. Good food but the attitude from that one person ruined the vibe

The best place currently. What pisses me off is there calling process… these guys will not answer a phone call… and I blame social media for blowing up this place because now I can’t get sushi

Hate to do this, its a good place with good food and cheap. However, today I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff. There was a gentleman that asked for some small containers for some sauce. He was courteous, calm, and respectful. However, the employee; asian man wearing a black shirt, that was next to the register was unprofessional, escalated the situation and started insulting the customer by calling him stupid. The employee than proceeded to call the customer racist but at no moment did that customer ever use any type of profanity or racial slurs towards the agressive employee.
Management or the owners should discipline this employee and give him some customer service/ de escalation classes.
Fortunately the customer was more courteous, respectful and calm.

Everything is made fresh as far as I can see.. u get what u pay for the hand roll are like 2 bites and kids like the chicken and beef bowl. Also the line was long . Price is not bad at all.

I know you are busy and have a good price on sushi, but i will give -10 on the customer service!!!! I think she is the owner but very rude manner!!!
