bad customer service, i’ve been here two separate times and each time has been worse than the other. i somehow thought that this time around would be different but that wasn’t the case. just when i thought the customer service couldn’t get worse it did. they were rude each time, just because you deeply dislike your job doesn’t mean that you should make my experience bad as well. bad customer service + mid coffee= a bad time. i miss when this was smoking tiger.

I got an iced vanilla latte for $6 & it was bigger than I was expecting. The taste was good, a nice balance and not too sweet. The place was very spacious & the chairs were padded. There are a lot of places that don't have nice chairs but I had a wonderful experience & I'll definitely be going again.

Great spot! They have tons of options, from Coffee to Macha to lemonade. I had their strawberry lemonade, and it was very fresh! The place was packed, but the service was pretty quick. It's also has a cute atmosphere.

Sip and Savor is the perfect place to go wherever you feel the need for delectable matcha or lattes. Their Tiramisu matcha is to die for; I can never get enough of it. I have dreams about this matcha, this exquisite taste will change you for the better, If you are not a matcha lover, you will be, you will be more than a matcha lover you will be a stan. I don't care if the line will take a million years, it's so worth every second of waiting, the anticipation makes it better. This matcha is like my own personal brand of heroin. I'm addicted.
