Everytime I come here they have an excuse that they aren’t Serving icecream. This is ridiculous I just want my cookie dough blast.

There is a 25% chance this sonic will screw up your order. Something as simple as a sonic blast and they still cant do it right. And my burger tasted like it sat out all day.

My mozzarella stick is empty. That's enough for a one star review, but everytime ive ordered groovy fries, each fry was very short, some were hard, and others tasted slightly undercooked. Otherwise, its slightly cheaper than some other locations, but empty mozzarella sticks are unforgivable.

We had to stop by this place for a large order for 6 people since we came back late from a long trip. And so we ordered to give sonic a try. Yes yes, we were expecting greasy food, so we ordered dou ke sonic burger and all the addings, chicken tender, chicken sandwich, fries and drinks. The burger was ok, not impressed vs in & out, the chicken for both the tenders and sandwich was overly cooked and dry, guess they must've left it in the fryer wayyyyy too long. And since we were late leaving we needed a place for morning breakfast and they were the only ones open for a fast breakfast. The 🌯 burritos were absolutely game on and made up for the burgers and chicken we had bought. As you can see the ratings. Originally we were going with a 1 star but the breakfast made up for the difference and so we gave it a 3 to give it some balance. Oh and we forgot to me tion that they forgot to put together the order correctly and it took another 10 min to wait for the fries we bought in the evening. But let's just say were not coming back for any burgers or chicken, but breakfast thats a hell yes.

Sitting here waiting over 30 minutes for our order. Manager brings receipt that says it only been 3 minutes. When we tell him we've been waiting for longer and have asked other staff, he doesn't believe us. After questioning him and the accuracy of receipt, he refuses to serve us and kicks us out rather than address the problem or get our food. Grow a backbone and simply just own up to your poor service

As someone who use to work for Sonic , I don’t know how I couldn’t speak to the manager or get a refund. Not very “ BLAST” material. Awful inadequate night shift. It’s not even half priced shakes and the staff sent off THE ONLY 4 cars in the lot as ANGRY CONSUMERS , my self included. 10:30-11:30 hour on a Tuesday? It’s not that busy. Worst part , not even an email to send customer service to demand a refund.

It was a long wait to get the food and it was really busy. I pressed the help button multiple times and it took such a long time to get our order. However even though the food was expensive it was worth the wait and tasted delicious.

This is one of the worst sonics I've been too. And Ive been to dozens. I travel from California to Tennessee to Florida and back. I visited some in Lebanon Tennessee with bathrooms larger than my first apartment. I've been to some so many times that they recognize my order. It never changes. Now to address this Sonic, I'll start with the positive: the staff is friendly and usually willing to fix an issue.

The negative: they cost more than any other Sonic I've been too. They charge $5.28 plus tax for a route 44 diet dr pepper add vanilla and real fruit strawberry. At least 50% of the time I order, I get syrup instead and am often told that they're out of real fruit.

More bad: The homeless methheads love this location, not sure why. But they won't let customers use the restrooms any more. The lot is always dirty. More than 50% of the stalls have been broken for a year.

I don't know what is going on with this Sonic but there are days that I just sigh and wonder why it's still open.

Super rude workers, I ask a simple question and they ask me to check the menu when it was irrelevant to the menu.

Lady at the speaker kept interrupting me at the drive thru, got my order wrong too. This was my first time going to a Sonic's and I will not be going back.

The food was disgusting. I had the double smash burger with tots. Two bites and three in the trash. Also ordered chili cheese fries, two bites and then tossed in the trash. Never again.

I wish that Sonic didn't have such misleading signage and advertising. We have more than once been drawn in buy a special, then get to the window and find it is not actually on sale or whatever and it cost much more than we expected. The Smash burger is amazing.
