Pulled up to curb order was told only drive through . Drove to order waited 10 min to get someone at window had to call the store to remind them I was in drive through. They were very understaffed
I've had nothing but problems at this sonic. What in the WORLD is this bacon???? I only went to sonic today for mozzarella sticks, and for the SECOND TIME they didn't have marinara sauce, like not having ketchup for fries. So I ordered this burger as a hail Mary to not waste my time. And holy crap dude, I want my money back

I usually enjoy going to Sonic’s but this time they really let me down. I ordered three kids meals and a route 44 drink. They didn’t give us any drinks for the kids meal and they were missing a burger in one of the kids meals. I didn’t find out until I got home from driving 20 minutes. I called the sonics and a female picked up and I explained what happened to her, she said sorry she wasn’t the one that helped me. I told her it was a male worker at the drive through window and it was about 20-25 minutes ago. She said he’s now on his lunch breach and when he gets back she can ask him…. I really don’t want to go back to this location. I rather drive 30 minutes to another Sonics.

The workers dont wear gloves and are sometimes rude and the chicken strips were very hard and over cooked fries were cold and customer service was poor
