Live locally and this is the easiest option for me when I want Starbucks but this location is terrible. 95% of the time I come here, service and attitudes are poor. I don't expect anything grand. Just basic courtesy but the tone of the employees is always dismissive and they seem unhappy. It’s very off putting.

The new remodel is a big let down for those of us that come in to study and get some work done.
They took out some seating so its more limited. Brightly lit instead of the darker setting it was. The music is usually too loud but now that they reduced the space, it sounds louder. On top of the people trying to have a conversation and the baristas working.
Idk what's going on up in corporate but they are missing a huge demographic being close to college town from CSUF and the other high schools around the area.

hispanic red hair girl was absoutly rude, i asked for her a refund for my drink for a pastry and she was rolling her eyes and told me she has too much going on and she’ll give me the rest of the refund later if i didn’t bring it up i wouldn’t of got my money and jsut the pastry. She always giving side comments about me to other workers. The beard guy also didn’t add the whole amount that i was supposed to get back (the cold foam).
Dave was awesome! He really listens to the customer. I couldn't be happier with the service. I have a starbucks by my work,but I would rather make the trip here everyday just for dave.

Asked for a glass of water and even had my own cup and was refused! I will not ever bother to visit another Starbucks again. Absolutely rude I can see why nobody was even in this store.

Service here is consistently bad. The employees don't seem to care about customer service. Wait times are consistently bad. I always have to make sure I have 15 minutes to spare in the drive thru. The last time I was here, the girl charged me and gave me 1 out of my 2 drinks and then left to go do who knows what. I could see her off to the side while I stared at my second drink. I finally got someone else's attention and they gave me my other drink.

Today I had no problem waiting 40-45 minutes in drive thru waiting for my drink w/ danish but I am upset when I got to the window I had ordered a Horchata shaken expresso and I tasted it, it had nothing to do with tasting horchata instead it tasted as a ice cold coffee drink from McDonald’s which I could have gotten instead of waiting for it in such a big line. And I had ordered a cheese danish warmed up, the moment I took a bite it was cold and had hardened already. Again I have no problem waiting in line for 45 minutes but I do if the food I’ve been waiting for is cold and taste bad. Just for waiting in line I believe my drink was watered down due to the melting ice and made my danish cold. Please improve on staffing or make a resolution of this situation because it is upsetting.

My orders have been messed up more than once before and recently and including the food has been over cooked and burnt and or undercooked They can’t even have the courtesy to tell you that they no longer have that item so they just replace it with something else and it’s not right because there’s people who might be allergic to something and they can’t just replace it without telling the customer and also they don’t even fill up your cup how it’s supposed to be especially when you pay extra for things such as cup size and or other additions to your beverage and they just give you half or less of something when you had already payed for it, ridiculous
and instead of telling you before you pay ..they proceed and just don’t put it in the order. like what is the purpose of paying for some thing that they don’t even put on your order and at that point they’re just taking away my money without putting in what is ask for in the order and or they could tell you and replace it with something else with the same price that you already paid for it but either way it is just a horrible customer experience there and the staff forgets about the lobby and seems like they have trouble being organized and clean because the lobby is just a mess and I once saw a customer return back dirty cups from her order and I guess cleanliness is an issue and their staff is just uncoordinated.

I have never had an online app order take longer than 15 minutes. They did not even greet me when I walked in the door. They were NOT busy at this time and only had 1 person at the register. Super disappointed
