I have never had an online app order take longer than 15 minutes. They did not even greet me when I walked in the door. They were NOT busy at this time and only had 1 person at the register. Super disappointed

Very very slow location never seen a drive thru location move cars so slow. It takes less then a min to make a drink yet I was in the drive thru line almost 30 mins it’s crazy

The reviews about this place are true. They only focus on the orders coming in the drive-thru. They barely acknowledge the people in the lobby. Waited about 10 minutes for a coffee. Since the ticket machine didn’t print my label out. So they didn’t even know i was waiting for anything.

I only stop at this location on Saturday mornings and today was the last time I will stop by here. The lady at drive thru took our order as usual and when we got to window after about 4 minutes there were 3 team members a guy with man bun and young lady and the chick with braids who took our order they kept walking towards window and not once did they acknowledge us we waited almost 4 min and my husband and I left. No one inside except a lady picking up her order the team members were more concerned about fixing the cups and walked around like if they were lost. I could have stopped by other Starbucks if I had got off the freeway before hand but I wanted to stop by here since its down the street from my job .
Drinks are never mixed right. Very inconsistent. Half the time I’ve been here I threw the drink out because it was undrinkable

Came here to pick up a quick drink while running errands. There was no line inside and a tablet with order statuses on the wall. I then proceed to wait OVER 20 MINUTES for my ONE drink. I would be understanding but it wasn't busy at all. I walked up to the pickup counter and saw my venti Frappuccino in the Drive Thru window, just sitting there for a while. I thought maybe a driver ordered the same as me. NOPE, the barista went and grabbed it and called my name and gave it to me. How long was it on the window? I don't know. But by the time I got it, it was melting already. Very annoying experience.
This was possibly the worst drive thru experience I have ever had in my 40 years on this planet. It took a full 30 minutes to pick up a mobile order…a single beverage. There’s no way to escape the drive through either as the lane is bound on all sides.

They always have my order wrong and I have to wait until they get it right but when I go to the register to tell them that they order it wrong, they give me attitude like it was my fault. I do understand that sometimes it happens Just to doublecheck the order
