many employees here seem inept, they avoid taking orders, do orders wrong, don't give any insulator or 2nd cup so you can hold your hot drink, & if you need anything they avoid helping you. sometimes they over-charge to almost double, & still wont produce the item ordered nor the item paid for: way more frustrating than it's worth! ?

so I ordered a grande iced americano with 2 shots, and I ordered 12:55 and it says it will be ready by 12:59, I waited until 1:07 and they gave me a hot one, and they say they will remake it but they just made other orders and order for other

This store needs QA on cups. Nothing is more consistent than the leaking cups because the top of the cups are not round but rough and sharp so coffee spills out the lid.
