I came in today, Friday, Nov. 21 around 12:30 PM and ordered a plain coffee. It took over 15 minutes, even though the store wasn’t busy and people who came in after me were helped first. There were plenty of employees working, so the wait didn’t make sense especially for a plain black coffee… Melea and Elliot showed poor customer service—giving us rude looks and talking while my coffee was sitting on the counter in their work area. By the time they finally handed it to me, it was already cold. I was really disappointed, and I hope management addresses this because customers shouldn’t have experiences like this at Starbucks.

I go here every once in a while on my commute, service this morning was excellent. The cheese danish was delicious and Teanna and Amie were very sweet and helpful. Good luck on your training, you’re killing it!☺️

I need to start off by apologizing that although most of the staff here know my name, I don’t know all their names. The customer service here is great! The staff is professional, friendly, and always in good spirits. I am a regular customer at this location, so they know my drink order. Shout out to Ang, Victoria, Briana, and the rest of the staff. Sad to see these petty reviews on drink orders, those should not count against them. Keep up the good work!

Ordered a venti iced coffee w hazelnut in drive thru. When at pu I noticed I forgot the half and half. Asked for it to be added. Cashier took it back to 2 different areas and gave it back to me. I thanked him and apologized for forgetting to say add creamer. Then I drove off and didn't taste it till after couple miles. It was disgusting. Tasted as though cigarette ashes were mixed in. I felt nauseous. Not good. Called the store and asked for the manager. The fellow who had answered the phone said he was the supervisor on duty. His name was Juan. He said for me to come back and they would remake it. I told him I was too far away, he then said he would write my name down in a book(?) so that when I came back it would let the supervisor on duty know to remake my drink. I know this was only a simple order but what was that in my drink to make me sick. I have it still in my car in case I need it tested. Sorry but highly doubt I'll go back to that location.

Nicole is the manager at this store. Great environment and modern interior coupled with great WiFi connections. Quick on mobile order and accuracy at this point is in the 95 percentile range.Always grateful to see familiar faces here Jewish Rabbi and local FD who enjoy refreshments here. Store is an architectural masterpiece as it is designed in harmony with modern "Fullerton Towers." This SB is across from new Korean War Memorial.Pleasant interior and observed staff being respectful to all persons. Generosity, service and stellar staff do not go unnoticed. Located right across from remodeled Hillcrest Park (Duck Pond) offering drive through, mobile order and counter service.
