Nicole is the manager at this store. Great environment and modern interior coupled with great WiFi connections. Quick on mobile order and accuracy at this point is in the 95 percentile range.Always grateful to see familiar faces here Jewish Rabbi and local FD who enjoy refreshments here. Store is an architectural masterpiece as it is designed in harmony with modern "Fullerton Towers." This SB is across from new Korean War Memorial.Pleasant interior and observed staff being respectful to all persons. Generosity, service and stellar staff do not go unnoticed. Located right across from remodeled Hillcrest Park (Duck Pond) offering drive through, mobile order and counter service.

I mobile ordered a grande drink and a venti drink. I was handed 2 of the grande drink only. I explained it was wrong and was told "oh, it printed twice..." and had to show my correct order, explain the error, etc and wait while they made me a new drink on the fly, with a dozen cars waiting behind me. I was then handed another WRONG drink. At which point I took it and left. I followed up with online customer service asking for a refund and explaining what had happened. I assumed a simple credit for my $7 drink wouldn't be a problem given the embarrassing amount of money I spend with the company. I was told, "sorry, the barista needs to make it right when it happens, we'll keep your money though".Clearly customer retention is not part of the Starbucks business model. Forcing customers to hold up lines and nag at already over worked and underpaid baristas.

The employees here are friendly and the service is usually prompt. The store is clean. Parking is a bit difficult sometimes.

I literally quit 1 month ago because of how crappy this job is, but seriously?! I ask for no whip, they put whip. I ask for extra shaken, they don't even shake it at all! Like come on is it that hard to read the sticker? If you don't want to work with corporate pressure then don't put up with it. Please for the love of god take your time and stop messing up my drinks :(

I'm all about understanding employee needs, but closing the inside on a Saturday morning just before 9 am seems a little disingenuous for a coffee shop. I don't use drive throughs and forcing everyone into a car line just sucks. I did get in about 8:15 before they closed and locked the doors, but the girl at the counter actually showed a robotic level of customer service. Maybe she's the one who made the decision to ban people from inside? I don't need people to be ecstatic I'm there, but I do have a minimum levelof expectation she did not come near. Pretty sure they pissed off a lot of people this morning.

Coffee blows and police over there are kooks ! Towed my car for no reason after bought my coffee went to the park ...people park overnight and no tow but mine 1000.$ all my paper was current even ...they lied and said no parking after hours NOT EVEN TRUE MAN ! NEVER GOING

Mobile ordering is fast and easy pickup in store. Have ordered here multiple times. Parking lot fills ups from drive thru line. Last order, ordered Grande iced pumpkin chai latte, did not receive any pumpkin cream cold foam. Did not notify store so it was my fault for not noticing until I was driving away. Have ordered iced espressos with extra splash and store is strict on policy of the extra splash so cup won't be filled up.

The attitude of the people who work here makes me feel very bad. The staring eyes, the way of explaining, and the tone are not friendly. Especially the person who works at the counter and when the order comes out. I bought a coffee and came out in a bad mood.

I wasn't going to post cus I was feeling lazy/tired but I'll need to write about what I saw earlier today now that my stomach is hurtingI worked out across the street so I picked up a tall caramel frappe around 7pm drive thru... it was taking awhile for me to get the drink so I looked inside then... BOOOM... I caught the male barista putting drops of frappe that was on his finger inside the cup...... cleaning his finger off on the rim of my cup..! no gloves either! I wouldn't even do that if I was making my own drink.. SO UNSANITARY!! I should've said something but I was too tired I just took the drink n thinking it would be safe to drink just the bottom portion but I couldn't stop thinking about what I saw... and it was sooooo watered down... I felt like throwing up so I threw the whole drink away after couple sipsI hope I won't get sick but this experience made me never want to visit starbucks ever again
