10/22/24 - 9 am. Most terrible Starbucks experience I've ever had. I asked for coffee with cream and Barista put at least 5 times as much cream in as she should have, which made my coffee way more white than brown, and also made it cold. When I pointed this out to Barista, she grabbed my coffee cup and put 1/2 inch of hot water on top, which did nothing to address that it had way too much cream in it. In addition it was now sloshing liquid over the rim and would have spilled all over me if I tried to pick it up. I told her that no one who orders coffee wants 100 calories of cream in their coffee, and she just said "next time don't order cream". I couldn't deal with her stupidity and rudeness any longer so just left the undrinkable coffee on the counter. How can a barista not know how to pour a cup of coffee properly? It's literally the easiest order they have on their whole menu.

Best coffee and Fraps Starbucks never disappoints I do like trying other coffee places but can't beat the free wifi but the app is difficult to earn rewards like before I was a gold star member many moons ago give more rewards and free coffee please

I have been coming to this location for years, but I will no longer be taking my business here. The manager Nick first is rude, and I feel he needs to go to school for customer service. I simply asked for lid on my whipped cream for sanitation reasons he replied should have asked, I stated my daughter tried but they were too busy socializing amongst themselves. Poor business and I am tired of people thinking it's ok to treat anyone however they like. Goodbye

I'm very disappointed in this Starbucks for taking away their outdoor tables and chairs. My friends and I used to go here all the time and sit outside and watch the cars driving by and drinking our coffee. We had not been there in a long time and went back to start our tradition again and found the outdoor seating is gone. We asked inside and an employee didn't know why and said it had been gone since he started working there. Now I realize they must have planned this for some time because the tables were old and wobbled and there was a shortage of both the chairs and tables. I am sure Starbucks did this because they didn't want the Homeless sitting outside at their tables. The reason we stopped going here about 3 years ago is because the employees didn't empty the outdoor trash receptacles the last few years we would go there. They were overflowing and attracted flies. Inside at the table area the music is too loud to hear ourselves talk and even if we did want to sit inside their isn't enough seating since students sit and do homework.
