I order online to avoid the line at peak hours. No complaints about my drink and they’re quick to make it too.

Good quality, arguably better than most Starbucks around the area, the only issue is service during busy hours, but otherwise a good place to grab a coffee.

It's like the bring the speed of falling asleep in history class to the speed they want to serve 😅
Like the third time I've either been forgotten - they are just hanging out
Waited a long time for my order and it turns out the employee completely forgot about my order. Offered no apology whatsoever.

The Ladies and Christian, are always so welcoming every time I walk into Starbucks. They always ask how your day is going and carry on a conversation with you. My drinks always come out very quickly and taste amazing. It’s probably contributes to the extreme cleanliness of their work area and equipment.

I never been mentioned about dishonesty, or told that by law I can be refused service at a Starbucks all over a red free cup. I didn’t know being a barista was so stressful , enough to be rude to someone. Where has customer service gone?

They take forever to make your order. Even when it's not busy. They talk a lot among themselves instead of making the drinks. I don't recommend going here.

The service here is inefficient and at times straight horrid. They take 5 million years to give me my 1 latte while their mobile orders stack up on the side. There is a crowd a thousand people waiting on the side for their drinks. I understand mobile orders matter but they should have a more efficient system to take care and prioritize your customers there. It sucks when students want to get starbucks before class but would have to go 30 minutes in advance just to get to class on time. I think it would be faster if i went to starbucks in downtown brea, 15 minutes away and came back.
