Today, as I do almost every day, I visited the Starbucks on Euclid and Rosecrans. Unfortunately, I had a rather unusual experience. I waited patiently in the drive-thru, but the cashier did not show up for quite some time. As I was leaving, I honked my horn lightly to make my presence known.

When I got to the cashier window, she told me to be careful with the horn. I told her, “I’ve never waited this long or honked my horn before. Let’s not talk anymore.”...

The staff here are second to none. I've been to so many Starbucks but this staff is beyond amazing. The place is always clean and if you talk to them about how a drink tastes, they listen and fix any issues.

We went to get our 12 - 6pm $3 weekend drink deal, while waiting for the x-ray technician who was backed up. Frappuccino hit the spot and got back to urgent care for my son to get his x-ray.
