Today is my birthday and I came to get my free drink but it didn't show up in my app. My settings had it though and the barista Tristan still gave it to me! I thought that was super nice and he also had a lot of patience with us, overall he's a very good barista! I rate him a 20/10 :) He made my birthday very delightful.

1:25 Sunday November 19th!! To the lady working the drive through window. Sorry my daughter decided last minute that she wanted a cake pop. But your face showed exactly how irritated you were. Maybe a lesson in customer service and a little remind that your customers are the reason you even have a job.

By far the best starbucks ever. Every Starbucks should have a lounge like this unlike some cheap chairs with minimal cushioning and cramped seating. Be generous with the lobby furniture Starbucks.. for all locations. Staff is friendly and kind too. I visited a year ago so this is a very late review. I was trying to find this place and I've found it again finally!

Drive thru is the slowest I have ever been to! There was 3 cars in front of me and I've been in line for 25mins. This isn't the first time it's happened. We came at a non busy hour.

I'm here every other day w a friend or two, maybe just me on that solo tip just hanging around trying to catch up. I take advantage of their free wifi & free iced cold venti water haha. Chill place to watch a movie on your laptop while letting it charge. There is a fair amount of homeless in the orangethorpe town center, but they're friendly and don't bother anyone. They just handle there scandal& that's there business NOT mines. They hang out inside the strbks taking advantage of what they have to offer to a non paying customer.PROS; Free WiFi. Free Iced Water. Charging stations. Restrooms. (no cost needed)CONS; Homeless. Dirty Restrooms(less TP or None at All) Less Seating. Less WiFi data. More careful w your belongings.Went based off the store on 1101 S Harbor Blvd, Fullerton, CA 92832 by the Sherman Williams Paint Store& across the street from in &out.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't bring any kids under the age of 17 here, like I said. A lot of homeless/drug addicts& there's always someone in strbks that has or needs there drug of choice& always ends up being Fentanyl !! Never misses.. high chance of a Kid or Teen buying from them..
