The bathroom code is 71325. The store had 2 customers in the seating area, and I didn’t arrive during rush hour, so there was no one ahead of me in line. Karely, the barista was very rude when i asked for the code. She explained that I had to purchase a drink first. I politely told that I wanted to only wash my hands before ordering, but she insisted, interrupting me in the process.
I understand that there’s a policy,
but she was just blatantly rude and lacked kindness.

Normally it’s a wonderful day I drive thru pick up my drink and my bacon egg bites. One of the ladies at the window is very sweet, but this day I got bell pepper bites. I’m allergic, long story short I go to the speaker at the drive thru and JC was so rude. I spoke to the lead he gave me the same egg bites bell pepper. Yes JC needs to be at a hole in the wall place. He doesn’t need to work there.

I ordered a Venti Dragon Drink via DoorDash from this Starbucks location. However, the item I received was missing the main ingredient — the dragon fruit — and only contained coconut milk. I requested a redelivery, but the same incorrect item was sent again. After the third delivery attempt with the same mistake, I contacted both DoorDash and Starbucks customer service.
The Starbucks support call lasted over 50 minutes and involved multiple transfers. During the phone call I was told the drink was unavailable that day and to call again the next day if I wanted the correct item. While I did receive a refund through DoorDash, the entire process was extremely frustrating. And I checked on the drink after hung up if it had been unavailable on starbucks app and it was still available, it’s ridiculous.
My concern is not just about the wrong item, but the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through from both the store and Starbucks support. I understand that mistakes happen, but having the same error repeated three times with no proactive resolution was disappointing.

Trash. Typical broads being annoyed at Work. What's new? If you don't want to be in customer service you shouldn't be. Super annoying dealing with angry people.

Karely, the Store Manager at Starbucks, is a true professional. She spoke with me about different flavored coffees and other related issues. She listened and gave me her honest opinions, which only makes me trust her more when I order coffee in the future. Thank you, Starbucks, for hiring such excellent people. In my experience with other baristas at this same location, they have always been professional and courteous, as well. Thank you, Karely.

They have expensive, strong coffee. They put half a cup of ice in before anything else and charge a fortune, yet people still come and I do too. ;)

I can not believe how rude and nasty the store employees are at this location. The way she yelled and talked down to the customers tells me their is no one properly running and training the employees in this store. Sad that Starbucks has gone downhill this far. Less than one mile away is another Starbucks and even a Panera Bread. Guess it's time to switch to Panera Bread and delete the Starbucks app.

Don't bother if you want to plug anything in
The service here is very rude. There is one lady in particular that has no manners or respect for others and I believe she is a shift lead. She barks around the store with very sloppy appearance. I used to come here a lot to do my work quietly in the lobby, but a lot of the staff here is extremely rude and it is unacceptable how they treat others. There is blatant discrimination against customers including myself while other customers get preferential treatment...Will not be coming back here any longer. They also have messed up my order and given me tap water with my tea instead of hot water.
