If you're going to close both restrooms for cleaning at the same time... There should be a sign on the door before we order
I ordered to use the restroom and then after they already took my money they tell me that the restrooms are closed
Just after they told me this a family of seven including kids came in looking for a restroom and they immediately left because of the closure...
Starbucks lost that business from a family of seven
This is my home away from home. Not only is the am staff always smiling, they greet me by name when I come. My morning barista besties! I know their names as well. I appreciate the service; they know how I like my coffee.They're friendly and human when I come in, not robots who don't smile and throw a cup at you (LA stores). I'm very appreciative of this particular Starbucks and I've been going there to do all of my work on the weekends for close to 8 years now. The previous manager Ang, and the new manager Joe! You're awesome and thanks for keeping my coffee and my spot warm 😉🫡👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🥰

This location overall is AMAZING!!!! From the drinks, food, store cleanliness AND STAFF!!! Always making you feel welcomed from the second you open the door. Will definitely be coming back. A big shoutout to Stephanie, Felisha, Marc, and Diana!!

Best Store in the area , I have on average 2-3 coffees a day from Starbucks. Not sure if it’s the shaken Espresso that has me coming back to this location or the incredible staff. They always say hello whether it’s at 5am or 9pm. Everyone is super nice and always smiling. It’s always busy yet they seem to always get the drinks out quick. This location is my go to for used coffee grounds also. You’ve just got to ask them. Thanks to Joe , Steph and Diana for running a smooth fun store.

This is my favorite Starbucks! I go to several Starbucks through the year, and I have to say that they are the most friendly! They always welcome me and don’t freak out like other Starbucks when I have a large order. They handle my order with professionalism and are very quick! Steph is my favorite!

Very disappointing, unprofessional, and inconvenient!!
I just went to this location for the complimentary coffee offered to veterans and military spouses on Veterans Day. This store is listed as a participating location, and Starbucks customer service confirmed that spouses are included. However, two employees came to the window and insisted that I had to pay for mine.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here—almost every visit turns into a problem; whenever I place an order with specific preferences, unlike at other Starbucks locations.
Although this is one of the closest stores to my home, I visit it less and less often because of these repeated issues.

9/26/2025 This evening I had one of the most upsetting customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a drink and a pastry. From the start, Isabel, the employee taking my order, was rude no idea why. But when I pulled up to the window, the interaction became far worse.
I got to the window and there was no greeting she just handed me the card reader and glared at me.
The worst part of this experience was when Isabel walked away from the register, called me a name to the man making a drink next to the register, and he immediately laughed, looked at me, and shook his head. It was clear they were speaking about me, and it left me feeling humiliated and extremely uncomfortable.
When Isabel returned, she handed me my pastry without saying a word. There was no greeting, no thank you, no acknowledgment at all. I paused, waiting to see if she would say anything, but she made a face I also believe she called me a name under her breath.
This was not just poor service it was targeted and disrespectful behavior. I left confused by the interaction and do not want to return to this location. I attempted to call a manager afterward, but the line was unclear and I couldn’t hear anyone. I plan to call again tomorrow, but I wanted to document this experience immediately so it is taken seriously.
I just moved to this area and this is the closest Starbucks to my house and I have never had issues at any Starbucks before but here I order my kids cake pops every day when I get my coffee and I usually get hot breakfast items as well and they always put the cake pops with the hot items and then my kids get these melty gross cake pops. It’s an absolute mess and no longer appetizing . I pulled them out of the bag as soon as it’s handed to me, but it’s too late. This is the only location I’ve been to that has done this usually, they hand them to me separately to prevent this At other locations without me even asking. Please do better and take care in the Customer’s orders before you hand them out. It’s like a daily problem at this location also, I’ve had a pumpkin spice lattes here several times that tasted more like tea than coffee for some reason other times they’re fine like the normal ones I would get at any other locations so one of the barista makes them too watery somehow
