Not everyone makes small talk come natural but this man did.
He helped me figure out the name of my drink, since I had forgotten. ??
He even recommended it with oat milk, made it himself since it was after the fact that I payed. Give this man a raise ?

Very friendly cashier. Watched my frappuccino being made and the barista pumped the caramel syrup in SO FAST that the drink came tasteless. I asked to have it remade and mentioned the issue I had seen so it wouldn't just happen a second time and the employee named Amanda was incredibly rude. Gave me a cold stare and said "I said we can remake it for you." Obviously annoyed, no apology, didn't mention the issue to the speedy-pumping barista who made it originally so my second drink was just as weak. This lady should not be in customer service and at $7/drink the baristas need to slow down and make sure those drinks are made correctly.

If I could have give service 10 stars I would. People here are way nicer way too nicer. Professionalism at its best and the way they handle everything shows how much they care about each and every single customer. Couldn’t thank them more. I am a New Yorker came to California for holiday and guess what people won my HEART. Thanks to people of Starbucks for everything.
This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in the area. There is another location with a drive thru not too far but I still prefer this one.On top of the staff being incredibly friendly, they are also fast and make truly awesome drinks.
Parking: Depending on the time of day there is either tons of parking or it is very limited.
Kid-friendliness: There is not much space for kids
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp right by the entrance.

I’ve been to 43 states and 8 countries, this is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly! I felt like a regular after 2 visits, they already remembered the drink I always order and ask about updates from previous conversations. Just a lovely bunch of people.

I was extremely thirsty after dropping off my child to college and helping her unpack so we stopped by Starbucks. The girls were so kind and fast too. I was hesitant since they didn’t have a drive through. Very friendly and attentive. I can’t wait to go back.
Despite the little longer waiting time for our drinks to be delivered, the drinks were fantastic! I ordered the Iced Gingerbread Oat milk Chai and I LOVED it! I can taste the spices and it's not overpowering the other flavors! I will get that drink in our area; it's a limited time drink!
Parking: It's a little hard to find a parking spot because it's a popular place on Christmas Day!
