This is a well-run starbucks, I love the direction of the chain, the employees are better , they seem happier and they're hiring practices in my opinion are getting much better.

This has been my go to starbucks for years, they always had friendly staff and the drinks were made well. Unfortunately recently, the drinks have been a hit or miss, today when I kindly asked an employee to remake a drink because it didn’t taste like it usually does or like coffee at all, she was rude and made the whole situation really awkward.

I'm a long time customer and come here all the time. I went in once to use the restroom and they said it was for customers only. I told them I've been a customer before, I have to be a customer every time to use the restroom? They said yes. Hence this 1 star review

the barista are acting busy well they are actually not， mobile order takes forever as I standing in the store watching they are making coffee ， if you are in a hurry ，don‘t come this spot， i have been waiting for my mobile order for 20 mins
I'm addicted! Enough said. The food is a pre-made afterthought, but that's not why I stop all over the country.

Ordered via the app and when I got in to pickup my drink I asked for a cup of water and was told I had to pay for it! Since when? Idk if they’re trying to get more tip $$ by charging for what has always been complimentary and is in EVERY other store!!!
