I'm a long time customer and come here all the time. I went in once to use the restroom and they said it was for customers only. I told them I've been a customer before, I have to be a customer every time to use the restroom? They said yes. Hence this 1 star review

the barista are acting busy well they are actually not, mobile order takes forever as I standing in the store watching they are making coffee , if you are in a hurry ,don‘t come this spot, i have been waiting for my mobile order for 20 mins

Ordered via the app and when I got in to pickup my drink I asked for a cup of water and was told I had to pay for it! Since when? Idk if they’re trying to get more tip $$ by charging for what has always been complimentary and is in EVERY other store!!!

Really friendly people, specially worker named Ian (dark skin)
Not everyone makes small talk come natural but this man did.
He helped me figure out the name of my drink, since I had forgotten. ??
He even recommended it with oat milk, made it himself since it was after the fact that I payed.
Give this man a raise ?

Very friendly cashier. Watched my frappuccino being made and the barista pumped the caramel syrup in SO FAST that the drink came tasteless. I asked to have it remade and mentioned the issue I had seen so it wouldn't just happen a second time and the employee named Amanda was incredibly rude. Gave me a cold stare and said "I said we can remake it for you." Obviously annoyed, no apology, didn't mention the issue to the speedy-pumping barista who made it originally so my second drink was just as weak. This lady should not be in customer service and at $7/drink the baristas need to slow down and make sure those drinks are made correctly.
