This place should go out of business, drinks are bad quality and the prices are ripoff. Never stop here again

Incompetent owner who fails to manage employees. Most casual and nonchalant baristas I’ve ever seen. Terrible experience as a customer. Explains why locals avoid this one.

Used to frequent this SB and a huge fan of drinks. It's been getting worse and worse to a point I do not get espresso anymore, but get cheapest coffee when I need to hang out. I had a hope the new CEO would make changes to a better side. I do not care about LGBTQ, or restroom policy, but was hoping drinks get back to what they used to be. Regular ice coffee today was literally worse than one I can get from a gas station. Please check what your staff are doing. I used to complain to HQ then immediate action was taken and drinks got perfect. Now all I hear is a general email reply saying SB is trying hard to keep us happy. Disappointed, and it'll take longer time to revisit.

I always do a pickup order, and it was my first time being back at this specific location since they remodeled it and it was such a huge disappointment. The old style felt cozy and welcoming, as a coffee shop should, but the new model feels cold. I will say that I like the new ice though

This is a late post from last week…
Today, as I do almost every day, I visited the Starbucks on Euclid and Rosecrans. Unfortunately, I had a rather unusual experience. I waited patiently in the drive-thru, but the cashier did not show up for quite some time. As I was leaving, I honked my horn lightly to make my presence known.
When I got to the cashier window, she told me to be careful with the horn. I told her, "I've never waited this long or honked my horn before. Let's not talk anymore." But she kept talking. If the cashier had just acknowledged the delay with a simple apology, the situation could have been handled more gracefully.
I have always appreciated Starbucks' reputation for polite and attentive service, so today's experience was disappointing. Although I visit regularly, I felt that the cashier's emotional response lacked professionalism.

Just not a fan of the refresh remodel , way less space . Floors are white laminate or tiles that get way too sticky when things spill, less tables . Just looks way smaller for some reason. But nice brown and beige colors.
