Used to frequent this SB and a huge fan of drinks. It's been getting worse and worse to a point I do not get espresso anymore, but get cheapest coffee when I need to hang out. I had a hope the new CEO would make changes to a better side. I do not care about LGBTQ, or restroom policy, but was hoping drinks get back to what they used to be. I always do a pickup order, and it was my first time being back at this specific location since they remodeled it and it was such a huge disappointment. The old style felt cozy and welcoming, as a coffee shop should, but the new model feels cold. I will say that I like the new ice though

Today, as I do almost every day, I visited the Starbucks on Euclid and Rosecrans. Unfortunately, I had a rather unusual experience. I waited patiently in the drive-thru, but the cashier did not show up for quite some time. As I was leaving, I honked my horn lightly to make my presence known.
