Better off going to either a corporate store, or one of the others on campus. Had my daughter order a drink for me before I take the drive back home, took a long time to make our order. Had her get me an iced Chai with Oatmilk, it tastes like they only put half the amount of Chai in there. And my double smoke bacon was over cooked. With both me and my daughter working for corporate, me being for 11 years, I can safely say these guys either need retraining, or just don't care about their jobs after reading the other reviews.

there was no line and it took 10 minutes to make my drink all workers here do not have a sense of urgency. ordered an iced matcha latte and the first sip i taste there's a huge chunk of matcha powder. i look at the cup and the matcha is completely unmixed and it just tastes like milk. girl with blue hair made my drink.

Honestly this is the best Starbucks I've been to and trust me I've been to a LOT of them. Very well run, and very accommodating to the customers.

Service here is extremely slow. They never open at the right time in the mornings. I always see staff messing around and not getting the job done when there is a decent line. It's okay to have fun at work, but not when it's distracting you to the point where you are taking too much time. They are always out of chai. The pink drink I got didn't taste like the right ratio.

The doors are never open at 7, or even 7:10, so why does it say they open at 7 on the door? Hey if it takes longer to set up I completely understand, but change the sign instead of getting my hopes up. Just officially open at 7:30 instead so I can plan my breakfast trip accordingly. The people are really nice but honestly I have yet to have a positive experience here—either I’m waiting to get in or waiting an unusually long time to horrifically overpay for a drink.

Worst Starbucks for sure. The employees are never friendly, and the line is always insanely long. Not to mention, $6+ for a simple iced coffee with milk and vanilla? Any other Starbucks it's $3.95 for a Venti with milk and sweetener, and they don't charge anything extra. It's honestly mind-blowing that those things don't come with the price of the coffee, especially when it's for students. The girl noticed how surprised I was at the price, and instead of explaining why to me, she rudely asked me my name for a second time and tried to rush me along. I get you're busy, but I work in customer service and know that it takes ten seconds to explain a policy to a consumer in a nice way. Do better, Starbucks.

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks on campus. I can guarantee that my drink will be made right and in a timely manner when I come here. The customer service is DEFINITELY the best here on campus. Would recommend coming to this Starbucks.

Yo i don't think I've ever given a bad review but this place has absolute trash service. It took them like10 minutes to make my drink and like 20 minutes for a friend and they messed up her order. They spent the whole time laughing and talking about nonsense. They should fire the entire staff. Shame on me for expecting some decency from my peers.

This Starbucks is THE best one on campus. Just about everyone on staff that has served me has gone above and beyond for me and all of their other customers. I feel so bad for these guys when a giant group of kids from school tours come. But you can definitely tell these guys are hard workers. Other than their great staff, the quality of their drinks is great! Last time I went I forgot to ask for sweetener in my drink so I asked a barista if they could add some and they did with a smile and even asked if I needed more sweetener.
