I've been coming to this Starbucks location since I was in High school. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Today I stopped by get my daughter a Strawberry açai. I've been craving a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso for the longest time ever but I'm always hesitant to order one because every time I do order one it's never right. Today I decided to finally order one and oh my goodness, it's delicious. Best one I had in soo long. So shout to the barista who prepared my drink today. It's perfect, I wish I got a venti lol. It literally made my day.

All the employees are extremely nice and welcoming when I enter the store. Ryan specifically deserves a raise for his amazing service. This store's milieu is super positive and a great place to study. Highly recommend coming to this store!

Every time I come to this Starbucks my coffee taste really good! I love the consistency! There are certain team members that I know make the coffee amazing! I don't know their names. The only thing I don't like about this Starbucks is that it's not a drive thru but it's worth the walking and it's a little out of my way but I know I'll get good customer service and a good coffee.

I love Cappuccino at Starbuck's.This morning I had Cappuccino w quatro shots, butter croissant at the target mall in Fullerton.The coffee is always great but not the croissant. I didn't go to the Starbuck's since pandemic. I didn't know the bakery items were changed. To be honest, it is not crunchy at all. Less flavorful, I didn't taste any butter texture.However, I enjoyed having my cappuccino in the patio. I could feel the fresh air after winter heavy rain.I am not going to buy any pastries except coffee.Nice location on the hill, big enough to sit inside and outside patio area.They need to upgrade the bakery qualities.

I loved Starbuck's coffee and pastries in the past. I went to have morning coffee w breakfast sandwich at Barn & Noble mall, Fullerton.They didn't change the inside and outside patio area. But the breakfast sandwich, my fave Swiss cheese, ham & egg sandwich was not longer. I had to choose sausage egg, cheddar cheese sandwich w butter croissant, café latte, cappuccino w Quatro shots for my hubby.When I had this sandwich, butter croissant, I completely dissappointed. Any yummy flavor in the sandwich, so greasy, not fresh, butter croissant was not crunchy either.They changed the bakery qualities during pandemic. The coffee tasted almost same.I like the outside patio area, big enough, you can enjoy having coffee.What happened to the bakery stuffs?Not even 3 stars for them.The croissant has to be crunchy, butter flavouful. Poor quality but the price is raised.I am not going to buy the pastries anymore.

I enjoy Starbucks a lot but this location always seems to mess up my order. The service is okay but light ice to them is about 75% of the cup and if you order extra of anything you don't get it even if you paid for it. They do get busy which I understand but even when they aren't busy they still mess up my order. I don't really like going to this location and I try to avoid it as much as possible. The early morning people are really nice but by the age afternoon the employees always seemed annoyed and they never get drinks right

Such sweet staff!! Was surprised by the sprinkles in my peppermint mocha today but first holiday drink of the season! There's not a ton of places to plug in outlets and they had a strip under the main table but my computer charging block was too heavy to stay.

This Albertsons is enormous. Big selection. Clean to the eye. The spaces in the parking lot are so big that they could have added double lines. Lots of space to park if you're going in the evening around 6pm. Travis was really nice and helpful. He helped us find the elusive oatmeal (near the cereal aisle and to the left). I love that there's self check out here. We did run into an error during the process when we didn't make a selection about bags quick enough. Luckily there was an employee nearby who jumped in so fast and got rid of the error like it was never there. We were in and out without a problem. One thing Albertsons never seems to have is granola for homemade acai bowls. Until then I'll still have to stop by Whole Foods. This Albertsons is still worth going to if you're in the area.

I live nearby and been coming to this place for many years. I decide to write a review, because I'm tired of seeing/experiencing the lack of customer service at this store. I used to be a manger for various retail companies, and I know how important customer service is to a retail business model. Customer Service should always be in the forefront in the retail industry. For this grocery store, this place severely lacks customer service by acknowledging guests/customers by a simple greeting. We got employees just chatting away with their favorite customers but neglect to bring a simple nod/greeting to everyone in their proximity. Here is a manager tip: If you're running the kiosks, you should keep your eyes up and making sure the customers using the kiosks don't need help and coordinate the flow of traffic. (Maybe I managed a store that had kiosks :P) Starbucks staff is solid, but the cashiers/sups remain unfriendly and customer service sucks. (Yeah, I'm call you out working the kiosk today around 6pm. You been working at this store for a long time and your customer service is ALWAYS lacking from my observation) I rather go shopping in La Mirada even though it's a bit farther away then come to this place.
