Amazing Service and Special Drink! I had the pleasure of being served by Bartolo at Starbucks, and I have to say, he went above and beyond! He created a special drink that was absolutely amazing, showcasing his creativity and skill. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail made the experience even better. Don't go in the afternoon. The afternoon baristas load up your drink with so much ice that you barely get a gulpful of your actual drink. Morning baristas are really good. But every time I go in the afternoon I regret spending $7 on a venti cup full of ice cubes. If more than 3 quarters of your cup is full with ice cubes, asking for less ice doesn't really help either.

I don’t usually indulge in Starbucks, but when I do I always appreciate the consistency and cleanliness that is provided. That was not the case today. On 7/4 between 1:10-1:30, I waited in line and witnessed 2 of the 3 workers without masks (that’s fine if that’s policy) eating Doritos chips with the same hands they were ringing people out with and making drinks with. They had no regard for sanitation and I even saw the female feed the male (name started with an Az) a chip directly into his mouth. That shouldn’t be acceptable behavior from baristas that are handling food and beverage items for customers- especially considering COVID-19. The third male employee who was making my drink didn’t participate, thankfully. Other than that my iced drink was warm, which is unfortunate/ but not my main issue.
