Terrible service. Hours of operation online say 9. We showed up at 7:20 and they refused us service. Very unprofessional. The "barista" could've easily served us, thought about it for about 5 seconds, and decided to just close early instead. Not okay for such a large corporate company to do. Customer service should always be first.

Don't go in the afternoon. The afternoon baristas load up your drink with so much ice that you barely get a gulpful of your actual drink. Morning baristas are really good. But every time I go in the afternoon I regret spending $7 on a venti cup full of ice cubes. If more than 3 quarters of your cup is full with ice cubes, asking for less ice doesn't really help either.

The girl barista that works there clearly isn't happy with her job. Heard her a couple of times cursing (which I wouldn't be opposed to but she was cussing because of a customer) about a paying customer that I could hear! Like WTF?!? So unprofessional, either quit your job or get an attitude check!

One of the Albertsons I frequently visit to shop & come here to easily grab and go to enjoy a Starbucks drink after my grocery store run.The associate here are really friendly and service is pretty good. I tend to order 1st and run and do my quick grocery shopping.Return and my drink is waiting for mee.I love when Albertson has their Friday Love offer which is any grande drink and a pastry for $ 6. It use to be $ 5 last year. That's such a great value/offer. Located right by the front entrance of the grocery store. They also carry a good amount of merchandise here for purchasing. Usually kept well clean and organize the SB Booth. Their new Dragon Drink w Vanilla Sweet Cold Foam is pretty good and highly recommended.Well I always tend to love all my drinks w Cold foam.

I don’t usually indulge in Starbucks, but when I do I always appreciate the consistency and cleanliness that is provided. That was not the case today. On 7/4 between 1:10-1:30, I waited in line and witnessed 2 of the 3 workers without masks (that’s fine if that’s policy) eating Doritos chips with the same hands they were ringing people out with and making drinks with. They had no regard for sanitation and I even saw the female feed the male (name started with an Az) a chip directly into his mouth. That shouldn’t be acceptable behavior from baristas that are handling food and beverage items for customers- especially considering COVID-19. The third male employee who was making my drink didn’t participate, thankfully. Other than that my iced drink was warm, which is unfortunate/ but not my main issue.

Stores opening time is 5am, got there at 5:01. Understandable, we just walked in and employee was not ready. Maybe schedule your staff to start earlier to be ready to go at opening time. Was helped at 5:10am, no hello, no smile, and no thank you. Not the typical friendly Starbucks.

Let me start by saying that every time I have come here there is always something to be disappointed about. Today it was not different They have this signs everywhere that says " pick your pair" for $5. I went inside asked for it and the girl at the registered said " sorry it ended yesterday" I explained that the signs are up and she gave me a face like TF was I talking about. Is like if they get mad when they have specials!! Bcz last Thursday I stopped by and got the deal and both the barista and the cashier complaint that they HATED when they had specials !!! Like Helloooooooo this is your job just do it and be nice to people . Or quit and look for something else that makes you HAPPY! But don't bring your negative attitude with you to work and spread it to the customers.

No stars if possible. This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. 95% of the time they are out of many things or "equipment is broken". They were literally out of ice one time to make anything iced? I'm like really? Your in a grocery store where they have ice in stock and sell ice. The other times they actually have things it's made wrong. Personally I will never return to this location for Starbucks again. Kind of makes me not want to even enter this Albertsons again either.

Rude rude rude alert! Baristas are not welcoming, or helpful even though they had no customers in line. They did not make my drink right and when I asked them to fix it the barista went to the cashier to verify if the order was wrong before actually fixing the drink. He then fixed it with a lot of attitude.
