Walked in tonight at 9:24 to order subs to go. Was refused service as they were “closing soon” (they close at 10). You can even make online orders for pick up until 9:30 - clearly should have done that. Hope the franchise owners are aware they’re losing money as your employees are closing early!!

The employees are nice but every time I order online they mess up my order. I didn't even order mustard, yet they poured it sloppily over my sandwich. Then they gave me a cup of the sauce I ask for on the side. These people can't follow simple instructions.

We got to this location before the closing time (9:30pm) and they were already closed and doing closing procedures. By the looks of it, she most likely started closing at 9pm or so. According to their website, they close at 10pm. It shouldn’t matter if they’re slow, they should stay open until the time posted on their website/building.

Please stay away from this location, I have picked up 2 different orders on 2 different nights with the same female employee working by her self. Both times bad service from her and both times orders were wrong. I tried reaching customer service and were unsuccessful.

The last time I went, the girl was separating slices of cheese from a block with bare hands no gloves that how she handed me my sandwiches.

Another observation was that this location does not have their health code letter anywhere visible.

I been bought 2 times at this location when I'm lucky.why lucky? Once I treid to placed an order after 9 am and the app,but don't let me, so n the meantime I told my friend to pick up my order but since I didn't told her that I didn't placed the order she still went and when she showed up for my order around 10 am the employee told her,oh I don't think you have any order to pick up because I come late I barely open ??? so you SELL BREAKFAST but tou never have BREAKAST. After that when I like to eat subway I always pick any other LOCATION because almost always they never serve breakfast like today 3/16/24 I wanted to order breakfast sandwich and guess what? I can't order breakfast ??? manager or owner do better with the service or employees whatever is but work on it.Oh one from the only tow time I get food one was horrible,poor quality,flavorless and very thin almost no food just bread

If I could give 0 stars I would, this place lies about their hours they open at 9:30 and not 9:00.. If I would’ve known this I wouldn’t even place an order. Such a waste of my time and money..

Ordered same sandwich with coupon about 4 days earlier, went back to order same sandwich again with coupon. This time they would not honor coupon, wanted full price. I asked for different cheese but they wanted to charge me for extra cheese. It wasn't extra cheese, it was different cheese. I was pretty mad now. How can one honor the coupon and someone else not honor coupon. Coupon was still good. She didn't listen or care, she just wanted the money. Bad attitude. I said a few things I should not have said and told her to keep the sandwich and walked out. Beware this subway, never again

It is not in this place. Good because I don't wash my hands anyway. He didn't want to speak Spanish and I said speak. But there is one who is by anahein. Bulevar and they are cleaner and they always speak Spanish and also. English. There are good and bad, everything depends on the person, thank you

Today 8-13-22 at approximately 3:45 PMI entered in to this Subway the first thing I witnessed was that the store was not well cared for it looked dirty I ordered my sandwich and when I went to pay I noticed that I was overcharged because I buy this same sandwich in all the Subways that I have purchased in when I asked the young man why was he overcharging me he stated “She can charge whatever she wants it’s her store” So I assumed the owner was a female so I expressed that I was not happy with this type of practice and I felt I was ripped off and as customer service it was non existent I will never step foot in this establishment and If did I will make sure that I have my American Express Card.

Guy was very unprofessional and showed little care in preparing my Buffalo chicken footlong. Of all the subways around this area this location is by far the worse one. Never returning here again!
