~Late review~

Went to get food through the drive through during regular business hours. A Taco Bell employee walks out to the listed Business Hours and slaps a paper sign on the post indicating closing time changed to an hour earlier. Still about 20 mins till the paper sign listed close even though they changed times randomly. My car was in line and there were about 3 cars behind me at that point.

Was not served or even given a reason for not being served while making it to the window before the paper sign listed close time.

Every other time the service has been passable for a Taco Bell, but this time/location really emphasized why Taco Bell has a habit for poor service.

Ridiculous that they argue. I always don’t take my receipt, because it’s trash and I trust you put my 2 burritos in the bag. Instead just 1. Like how hard is your job.

Call my wife to go pick up a party box an this kids or manger were pranking my wife by making her repeat her self like 6 times on the drive way, an when she was going to pick up her food. The employee tries to give her a hand full of pennies an nickels in change($3). My wife refuse an ask for her money back, then they tried to give her dollars bill. Not coming back here

I don't give too many one stars but, they had a AI order taker when I pulled up to the drive-thru. I don't know if that thing got my order wrong or the cooks got it wrong but I thought I looked at the board and it was correct. I ordered a green burrito with extra lettuce which cost me $0.55. picked up my order and drove off. Only to discover I ended up with a red burrito with no extra lettuce. It was disheartening that I had to pay $0.55 for a sprinkle lettuce in the first place but to not get it at all, was a big disappointment. Yes, it's only lettuce but when you consider the size of my order, it's kind of a fair portion of it. I also didn't care much for the impersonal approach to taking my order. I don't know how much money it saves them but it can't be that much, can it?

The food was burned. I asked for extra jalapeno sauce on the quesadilla and they didn't put any. Also, they are always "out" of the midnight cherry blue freeze.

At the location on Yorba Linda Blvd. the drive thru is dark & right next to a gross smelling dumpster.
