Whoever made my veggie Mexican pizza between the hours of 2:30am and 3:00am needs to get put on cleaning duty only!!! The food was cold not even lukewarm but cold the fries you can tell they were there being held the whole night season nicely though, but cold my veggie Mexican pizza had cheese on only one slice it was like the rest of the cheese got up and walked away the only thing I was done right was my drink even the cheese dipping sauce tasted like it's been sitting there all day and you would think because it's a busy drive-thru that they will be making it to order nope not at this Taco Bell it seem like they make everything an hour ahead and then when they get busy they use cold disgusting food that people pay way too much money for only to be screwed this Taco Bell is seriously stealing money giving us below quality food for a high price pathetic!!! I never complain but I couldn't let this go. I gave it to a homeless guy along with 10 bucks just so he could take the food and not come after me when he sees how poorly it was made. I went straight to del Taco better food older ppl working and not lazy kids and they always get my order right.

$4 for tacos that are soggy and the bottom falling out before I can get around the corner back home and open the bag is wild! Walked in and placed an order one afternoon. Place was empty. Come machine wasn’t working and I walked up to tell them. But because everything is automated over the stupid order screen now. Workers think that means they don’t need to attend the front counter. So I was ignored, when I called out ‘excuse me’ I got a girl who put her finger up and waved at me , pointing me to the order screen. I said that’s not what I needed. Eyes rolling to the back of her head she begrudgingly walked up and turned her back and walked off before I was finished.
Stood around for over 10 minutes, no one working on any orders, no other customers .
Two workers on the drive thru side (no customers) each on their phones)
One worker on the dining room side standing at the back, leaning on the wall, on her phone, no gloves, sniffing, slurping and wiping her face with her hands.
Only to stop and walk over and stir up the taco ‘meat’, stick their hand into the cheese, take a handful and stuff it in her mouth as she turned to go back to her phone.
I was grossed out at that point, turned and walked out

Been coming to this one for over 20 years. They have the best tacos and service. I remember a great dude Kelly used to work here. Definitely recommend this Taco Bell for good food!
Good luck with the kiosk ordering a simple meat burrito. You have to order a bean then cancel beans and add meat. The employee did all that and it still came with beans. No more taco bell,, staying with del taco

Went to get food through the drive through during regular business hours. A Taco Bell employee walks out to the listed Business Hours and slaps a paper sign on the post indicating closing time changed to an hour earlier. Still about 20 mins till the paper sign listed close even though they changed times randomly. My car was in line and there were about 3 cars behind me at that point.
Was not served or even given a reason for not being served while making it to the window before the paper sign listed close time.
Every other time the service has been passable for a Taco Bell, but this time/location really emphasized why Taco Bell has a habit for poor service.
