Delicious food accompanied by a variety of fresh condiments, definitely worth trying. I highly recommend Papa Loka. Our server, Jessica, was friendly and helpful in explaining each menu item. Be aware that paying cash is cheaper than using a credit card. Also, discounts for police and firemen may apply, but not for medical professionals. I will definitely return!

The food here speaks for itself—it’s absolutely delicious! They have a wide variety of meats, including tacos, quesadillas, and more. Everything is good, but the pork belly and ribeye are truly exceptional, along with their adobada. They’re so tender and flavorful that you’ll be left with a mouthful of goodness. Also don’t miss their horchata 👌

Solid spot with good quality meat and a nice balance of fat in every cut. I tried the tripe, pork belly, pastor, cecina, and costilla de res — all were good, but the tripe was my favorite and the most interesting. Prices for pickup seemed cheaper on DoorDash, but the restaurant does have its own takeout and semi-formal dine-in setup. Worth a try, though I’m not sure I’d pay for the premium cuts again.

Tripas tacos were amazing, grilling the meat was a great choice, still managed to get some even though they almost ran out for the day

They know how to make a phenomenal taco! If you like a little extra spice I would recommend the Anaheim taco. I loved both the chorizo and the adobada meat. There is also a wonderful salad bar with onions, cilantro, and many salsa options ranging from mild to hot. I'm a fan of the habenero and serrano salsas! Would recommend and I'll be back here again.

To note, the serving staff did miss several items in my group's order; water, a taco, and missed topping several tacos with guacamole. Considering the guac on top costs extra, it was frustrating, all other items were eventually brought to the table.

excellent rib eye tacos, one of the best in the game

The workers must not get paid very much because they will mess with your order if you do not tip.

The wait sometimes is super bad,& don’t even bother going on a Tuesday to save .50 cents per taco.

The food is good though & so is the salsa bar, but the constant packed house and retaliating employees don’t really make me want to return, which is a shame.

After not eating here for 6 months, I'm very disappointed.

First, the taco Tuesday special doesn't apply to asada anymore, which i was fine with.

But when I got home, the tortillas not only shrunk as compared to before and downgraded in quality, they broke in half and had to eat my tacos with a spoon.

Not only that, the meat downgraded as well. I can say I was eating from a different restaurant. My family was disappointed as well. The los cholos taste was just not there anymore.

I really liked this spot though. Hopefully the rest of the food didn't take a hit either, because the Asada tacos sure did.
