I tried the Yukgaejang and it was delicious. Generous portions, great food, quick and friendly service. Highly recommend!

The best is kalbi soup. The other 2 no taste, specially ox bone soup with flank meat which is milky broth with some meat. Spicy pork belly soup a bit better than ox soup.
I do like their kimchi, fresh not to sour.
For service, i have to wait long time to get a refill.

Food very bad and soup very cold, looks like they warned the food in the microwave, all other ingredients tasted old, two more people were complaining today, I feel sad, but it really tasted very old and salty. Contacted the ow er and didn’t even want to talk to me. People were also complaining about the ice tea,. That it taste like water and no ice.

The food was good. The lunch prices are good. Only one server but it wasn't busy so wasn't a problem.

Its so good. This is korean soul food. Their banchans (side dishes) are also very good by korean standards!

This lunch price is reasonable. These days, Korean food prices are way overpriced.

I went there for lunch recently for the first time in years, and the prices were the same as 7–8 years ago. The free side dishes were also delicious.

These days, dining out is so expensive that it's hard to choose a restaurant, but I think the owner made a very wise decision. When you live generously and share with others, you'll be blessed and make plenty of money.

They’ve brought back the original flavors, and the service was great too. I’ll always be happy to open my wallet for food like this. Try having a bowl of soondae soup with a shot of soju, like you see on Korean TV — it’s the true taste of Korea.

Pork soup not familiar to foreigners
Koreans often eat it and often eat it as a snack with alcohol.A clean and relatively friendly restaurant. Kimchi and Kkakdugi are delicious
It is a food very closely related to Korean culture.

Overpriced and Underwhelming Soondae Spot

This place has a real hole-in-the-wall, old-school Korean ghetto vibe—which I usually appreciate. But the food didn’t live up to the atmosphere.

I ordered a soondae dish and it came loaded with mostly sliced carrots and onions—just filler. Barely any actual soondae, and they had the audacity to charge nearly $30.

Not worth it.

I had such a great experience at Tang! The food was absolutely delicious—everything was fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The broth was especially rich and comforting, perfect for a chilly day. The service was also excellent; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome from the moment we walked in. The restaurant itself was clean, cozy, and had a great atmosphere for both casual dinners and small gatherings. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Tang to anyone looking for amazing Korean comfort food!
