This place is tucked behind cafe Cultura on Orangethorpe and Euclid. You need to drive into the parking lot to see it. However, what makes this place unique is not only the food but also the service. Everyone is so nice and helpful, especially if it’s your first time and you don’t know what to order. The food is worth the price and the portions are generous.
Being a local here in Fullerton, I eat here at least 3 times a month. Come for the food and eat in: it’s like eating at a relatives house. You aren’t just a number or dollar sign, you are a relative.

This is a new type of food. Halal, or Egyptian Mediterranean, I call it. I was looking for a Mediterranean place, and this one was open until midnight on Tuesday. They had lamb cooked to order with a choice of rice or bread. I chose rice. It was flavorful, and it was served on a bed of fresh parsley. It came with 2 sides. I got the garlic sauce, baba ganoush and tahini which is sesame based. It was very tasty. The owner looks like the restaurant logo. You got to meet him. He's very nice, warm, welcoming. It's worth trying. I'm interested in the Shawerma sandwich and fries. The lamb chops look amazing. It's not a cheap joint. But it was reasonable for what I got. They have 2 tables inside and a few outdoor tables. I recommend the lamb.

This is by far the best Middle Eastern restaurant we have been during our visit to CA. Food there will make you feel like back home ( thats the best part). The stuff was so friendly giving the kids sweets and treats and the owner is so kind and welcoming. We have ordered grilled chicken and Hawawshi and it was amazing. If you have kids they will enjoy the beshamel pasta it’s so creamy and yummy. Tables was clean/ bathrooms are spotless and even the packaging was so great. We will be back for sure every time we come to LA.
