One of the best run Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf locations I've tried. Staff was friendly, fast service and most of all it was really clean. Was greeted with a smile and was helped right away. A+

I’m so glad I’m not a caffeine or coffee addict because, honestly, the drinks just weren’t for me. I ordered two coffees because the pictures made them look really tasty, but… nah. Definitely not my thing

That said, the service was quick, and my order was ready before I even arrived, which I appreciated. Overall, not a bad spot—just not the place for someone who doesn’t enjoy the taste of coffee.

It's happened twice now, I order a drink and they make me a completely different drink.

First time here and first time try coffee bean. A treat from a friend.
They greet us when we come in. Since its my first time so its take time for me to look at the menu.
He ask if we are ready and we said not yet. He wait and after couple minutes, my friend asked about some drink. He explain it.
She order drink with matcha ( i dont remember what is call ) its pretty good.
I order coffee with brown sugar. For me its a bit to sweet. I forgot to tell them less sweet.
Overall everything is good.
Bad thing is too many homeless outside ( at that time ).

Worst customer service every time, I go here often its the closest to my home. They seem to always be overwhelmed and short staff that they are just not friendly and rushing you while ordering. I’m not the one to come in here and complain but they are just rude. Food and coffee is great! Visited Wednesday 22nd 830am- left and didn’t order anything

I am so glad there are still Coffee Beans. Love the dark chocolate. The staff was a great. The young gentleman is not only incredibly good looking, but has an amiable and approachable demeanor.

This is the closest Coffee Bean to my house. Usually go when we get promos in the app. Drinks are great. Customer service, not so much. Last two times I've gone, not greeted when I walk in. Literally the two guys working just talking amongst themselves. Passed by the register multiple times while I'm standing there and not even acknowledged. Finally guys comes up and asks what I'd like. There was 2 other ladies waiting for orders. Not like they had a line out the door. The drinks are what keeps me coming and the act that it's the closest location. Do not go our of your way to come to this location.

Have gone here twice and the customer service is top notch! The first time I went, a girlie working the cash reg was so patient since it was my first time ordering a complicated drink (a TikTok rec) and she was so sweet. The second time around I ordered a regular sized drink and they accidentally forgot the cold cream cap. After apologizing multiple times, the girlie working the coffee bar upsized my drink and handed me a comp card! Such sweet sweet service from all of the staff! Will most definitely keep coming back here!

Disappointed Every Time
I’ve given this place multiple chances, but my coffee order is never right. Whether it’s missing ingredients or just made incorrectly, it’s consistently disappointing. For a coffee shop, getting the coffee right should be the bare minimum. Time to find a new spot.
