Poor and lazy customer service also got my order wrong
Visited on July 14 at 3pm

I absolutely love their cookies & cream frappe.

I ordered a blend coffee & Tea
& I didn't feel any favors of the coffee or the Tea !!!!

Always having the same dam issue of my order taking too fn long I see other people before me going out when I arrive first. I do not like starbucks but with all this issues i do not know where to go.

Peppermint dark hot chocolate. Creamy and delicious! Bought a large size. I think the drinks here are better than Starbucks.

20 minutes for a brewed coffee, even ordered ahead with the app.

So much better than Starbucks. The frappe is like a milkshake I don't know how they do it like that. But it blows Starbucks frappe out the water. Really no other coffee shop can compare to coffee Bean and tea leaf

Horrible service charging for whip cream that should had came with drinks, waisted 15 min for nothing aaked for refund and did not refunded the tip, wanted ro try something new but not recommended. Came back to our regular spot Starbucks!!!!
Staff no knowledge of customer service!

The first coffee shop I found in California that had somewhat close to the coffee from Washington state I enjoy multiple flavors and I went from coffee shop to coffee shops so many different places Then praise lord I found The coffee bean and they cured my thirst for good coffee..

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Coffee Bean location. The barista who took my order was rude and made a snarky comment when I asked for light ice in my coffee. Additionally, she asked in a rude manner if my order was a "TikTok drink" before I had even finished ordering (I ordered an iced Americano) so she must be new if she has never heard of one. Despite my request for light ice, she made my drink with excessive ice and skimped on the coffee. So maybe she misheard and thought I said heavy ice and light coffee she did look to be on the older side so maybe she forgot her hearing aids at home Anyway if you're looking for a coffee place with good quality service I wouldn't recommend coming to this one. Pretty sure her name was Stephanie.

they have my fave drinks and my fave spot. will be back soon for chilling out
