I came here on New Year's Eve which could have been an off night but it was not. I asked for a regular bowl, brown rice, with green onions, no veggies and half chicken half tofu. The prices for the proteins were the same and they were happy to oblige even though that combination was not on the menu. They made it up fast and it was delicious! The main reason I'm leaving this review even though I never do that is not only because they deserve it but because I absentmindedly forgot to tip. I'm hoping that this helps a little to make up for it. Thank you guys and Happy New Year :)

Chicken bowl w/ white rice and veggies. Wish they added more veggies and chicken. Shrinkflation sucks. I was disappointed as just a chicken bowl, no drink was $11.04! If I would have added a drink it would have been $15.

As I went in it smelled like sulfur. Guy said it was the bathroom. Still ordered. Ask for chicken and beef plate. Only gave me beef. He also tried to keep 20 dollars change thinking I wasn't gonna find out. He gave me less food and I paid for a combination beef and chicken plate only got cold beef. He didn't give me a receipt to hide something. People don't go there if you do make sure you double check on everything. This guy should get fired and prosecuted.

I came here to purchase a chicken bowl, the chicken was so dry and burnt. Customer service was horrible, I’ll never come here again.

Today, I visited a specific establishment and decided to place an order due to receiving a coupon from them. Surprisingly, the coupon was not the usual paper variety but an extravagant plastic one. As a marketing consultant, I was intrigued by their willingness to invest in such costly coupons. It made me wonder if they were sacrificing their business's financial stability. To my disappointment, the rice I ordered was not properly cooked and remained raw. And the vegetables were not completely thawed. It became evident that they lacked a fundamental understanding of their own business. It's essential for them to focus on the core aspects of their operation, particularly the quality of the food they serve. Please stick with substantiality. The FOOD.

I don’t know why I come to this place. The chicken bowels , the chicken is always tough , dry o hard. I’ve complained to them before and they just say we just made it fresh NO SOMETHING IS WRONG. I’m not the only one who complains most of my co workers feel the same way this place is terrible .

No service after standing in an empty business for minutes ,,,with both Hispanic women looking at me from kitchen ....what is wrong with your employees? A constant faded help wanted sign isn't ever a good sign but holy crap ..!!

Whoever owns this place doesn't have a grip on this eatery. Only one kid working, taking orders, handling the cash register, mopping the floor and never stops to wash his hands. Never ever going back! Talk about cross contamination ugh!

I came here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and there were a few people. We tried the new spicy chicken bowl and honestly it was pretty fire (literally). It definitely had a kick to it in a good way. The chicken tasted fresh and the rice was well made. Service was fast and the restaurant was clean. No complaints here.

It's 8:00 on a Tuesday evening. My 1st time at this location. It's very small, but that's okay, I'm ordering to go. The entire place including the restroom is spotless clean.

Ordinary I am a fan of the Flame Broiler, and I hope this isn't a sign that they're going downhill. We ordered take out and got four bowls that looked like this. I can't recommend this location knowing that this wasn't a one bowl situation. All four bowls were this sparse.

We like Flame Broiler food. We were in the area and stopped at this Flame Broiler on Harbor Blvd. in Fullerton. It was 11:30 on a Friday (lunch rush hour!). I needed the restroom, but it was unavailable because the counter person was cleaning it bit-by-bit in between customers!! Eeew! We ordered our food and waited outside. I watched through the window. When the cook put the food on the passthrough shelf behind the register, the counter person was cleaning the restroom. I walked through the door and up to the counter, waited a few seconds with nobody there, and went behind the counter to retrieve our food myself. (Honestly, I did not want the "bathroom person" to handle it.) The chef came around and gave me sauces. The food was the worst Flame Broiler food we have ever eaten. There was something very wrong with the white rice. At first, I thought they had given us brown rice. The chicken, beef, and tofu were okay, but not nearly as good as our favorite location (Chapman and Valley View in Garden Grove - great!). Avoid this place on Harbor in Fullerton! You have been warned!
