Disappointed… That's the only word that comes to mind. I used to eat at a flame broiler regularly many years ago, but they closed down that location since they weren't getting enough business. I probably have not eaten at a flame broiler for about 13 or 14 years, so I was very excited when I saw this on my way to have Thai food. I decided to have flame broiler instead, because I used to love their food. I got a chicken plate, and the chicken was so burned I had to keep taking pieces off and putting them aside because they were simply inedible. The ones that I did end up eating were so bitter, that I had to keep spitting out again and again. I thought about taking the food back and asking for the chicken to be remade but we all know that should be the very last option (who knows what they do to your food in the kitchen when you send it back). On top of that, the chicken was cold the second I picked up the food, so clearly it was not made fresh. This is the last time I'm going to eat at flame broiler. With a couple of dollars more I could've had great Thai food but instead I wasted that money and I'm leaving completely unsatisfied.

Came here on Saturday night since we were shopping at Kohls and needed a quick dinner.My kids were hungry.Was greeted by a gentleman associate.Easy to order & received my Angus Steak plate pretty fast.I had the option of brown rice & weither I’d like full plate of the protein or with veggies.Having veggies doesn’t make your protein options much less.Food was good. The plate comes with half a slice orange fruit.There is a magic sauce along w hot sauce dispenser at the counter.Prices has gone up. Understandable due to inflation.It’s just like any other Flame Broiler restaurant.Located right next to Acai Republic, same plaza as Kohls near Ralphs super market.Lots of parking available.

Good service...I think I give 4 because I receive a bowl instead a plate...I don like complaining....any ways..just thinking in case some one make a to go order and get this surprise...still having a good just have to pay attention in your order...
The food was good. Customer service was absolutely terrible. Employees were on their phone. I stood there waiting to be helped until I came up to the employee and asked if there was someone who could help me. Nothing. Waited for the cashier who had a terrible attitude. I signed and took my pick up order but before I left I asked her if the seating was available outside. Given the Covid restrictions I wasn’t sure. She told me that I saw people eating outside so what did I think? Excuse me but I don’t know if those people are violating rules given that no one cares. Or maybe the seats are from the other five restaurants in the surrounding area. I said nothing took my food and left. Don’t have a Karen moment and just warn others of the terrible service.Edit: I tried to edit this post to add the picture of the receipt but I can’t figure out how to so I’ll just say what I ordered - chicken bowl with avocado and extra onions. Ordered through the app Grubhub. 03/24/2021. Pickup time was around 2 pm when I had my lunch break. I can email the receipt if that is better?

Good, friendly, fast service. Clean dining room - I'd hope so since there's no indoor dining right now! They didn't have any chicken or veggies when I went in for a chicken and veggie bowl, so I had to wait a little longer than usual. No big deal. Actually, I got freshly cooked bowls so it was a win in my book.

The other day I heard someone say they had never been to Flame Broiler. I was immediately sad for them because they have been missing out on some super delicious, healthy and simple food! I don't know what it is about this food, but I am so happy when I know I'm having it! The bonus part? They are healthy, they're so inexpensive and they have deals! You can have a mini-bowl, a regular bowl, or a plate. Choose between chicken or beef or half/half. They ask if you want white or brown rice, veggies or green onions. Whatever you decide, don't forget the MAGIC sauce! That's it. Short, simple and sweet!
