The Habit Burger Grill

I actually enjoyed the food here. I like to get the burger that looks like a patty melt.

I will no longer come here as I found a hair attached to the toothpick that was stuck into my food.

Everybody please be careful if you see no toothpick it must be inside and this is not the first time a toothpick almost pokes me becuase it looks like it didnt have one since im guessing the tip broke off thankfully i double checked since it was suspicious but these tooth picks are safety hazard please stop using toothpicks at all habit establishment becuase not the 1st time and probably wont go to another habit until they change the toothpick issue which no other spot uses becuase its a safety hazard. This toothpick issue can cause a big lawsuit which can be prevented simply be removing them from use

I recently visited The Habit Burger Grill and had an amazing experience. I ordered two burgers, and the front staff, especially the lady who took my order, was extremely professional and had such a great attitude. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my food, I accidentally dropped my order and made quite a mess. I was feeling pretty hopeless, thinking my meal was ruined. To my surprise, the staff stepped in immediately. The same lady kindly offered to replace my order without hesitation. I was absolutely blown away by their outstanding customer service and how understanding and helpful they were. Their kindness truly made my whole week! Thank you for the incredible hospitality and for going above and beyond for your customers

Ordered pickup, but when I got home a simple order of 2 burgers had incorrect mix of condiments. Also ordered extra napkins received none. How did you mess a simple order up?

While the habit isn't necessarily something to write home about, I consider their burgers to be on-par with more expensive restaurants. If you want a fast food burger, it is VERY worth it to spend a couple more bucks at the Habit than to endure McDonalds or an equivalent "burger" (if you can call them that). Habits fried green beans are excellent (I have removed a star for recent pricing increase for their sides). Their chicken is still very filling considering the price, however. They also have some lovely sandwiches with very well-toasted bread.

Kid-friendliness: They do indeed serve chicken tenders.
