We had a 3 night stay for a disney trip. When we arrived they had a $200 deposit that was not expect definitely through off our budget, staff was friendly room was clean but bed were a little uncomfortable also the drawers from the dresser kept opening by it's self, the breakfast buffet was great! Probably the best part of the hotel..

The Hotel Fullerton Anaheim is too expensive to be as dirty as it is and to have so many broken fixtures. Upon entering my room, it appeared to be somewhat clean, but I saw a couple areas that were dirty. The closet doors were broken to the point where I couldn't open them and the dresser drawers would slide open on their own. On the second night, I found a LARGE cockroach or water bug in the bed. They moved me to a different room where I found very noticeable boogers on the desk and on the wall in the bathroom. The sheets in the second room had stains, a very strong smell of bleach, and they were threadbare with holes in several places. Both rooms that I stayed in had broken doors on the mini fridges. The breakfast they offer was also nasty and tasted like most of the items may have been cooked in the microwave. Since the hotel had a high rating, I was extremely disappointed to find all of these issues. The rating on this hotel is way too high.

I reserved our room here because of the high ratings this hotel had and the pictures of their buffet line . Boy was that a mistake! We were first put into a room just off the pool on the the first floor. The light blared into the room because we couldn’t shut the curtains. The room smelled like cat pee, the room had mold all over, the wall paper was pealing, the shower rod was half torn out of the wall so the curtain wouldn’t stay shut, the tub faucet was not sealed. AND THE BEDS ARE THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE AND SMALL BEDS EVER! It’s like lying on a board. Our next room was upstairs which had a balcony. The a/c didn’t work, the door didn’t shut right and looked like it was broken into as the chain lock was half torn off. There was a small amount of mold in this bathroom. This room didn’t smell like cat pee those- but the refrigerator was set so low it was useless and there was no way to turn it up. The only good thing was the breakfast. It was quality food and had a lot of it. I was really looking forward to this hotel and I was absolutely horrified by how they have taken a motel and tried to make it something more. They also are not up keeping anything in the hotel other than the breakfast. The front desk people were ok. The dining room people were nice and the cleaning people were very nice. Your room was not cleaned unless you asked. I stayed here 4 days 3 nights- way too long! I would give it 0 stars if I could!

I had one of my worst hotel experiences in this place. The hotel building looks nice, booking pictures are all good, but inside is a different story!Everything is basic and cheap. They don’t clean the room unless you call the reception and ask for it. We found this after our 3rd day of stay! They don’t even include a bottle of water in your room.Breakfast is awful. Few options and variety. They just rotate sausage every other day. And worst of all everything is cold even the egg!And most of staff are rude. They make you feel you need to please them!! Horrible place. At best they are a mediocre motel and not a hotel.Simply, the place doesn’t worth what they’re charging.

One of those random finds that turned into one of the best experiences at a hotel in my life. Wonderful breakfast! Staff was so kind they allowed me to check in early AND check out late. Pool was a little chilly however the jacuzzi was phenomenal! I will definitely return here!

Amazing stay, would totally stay again, not really the best location for walks at night, but they have a shuttle for disney with a very friendly driver who even turned around to pick up some guests who were late (shuttle usually goes to the park in the morning then picks up at night). Breakfast was very reasonable with a few options. Typical egg, sausage, potato, and bacon. Sometimes something else will be there to change things up, but also there is fruit and salads along with bagels. The staff serving the food were super friendly and super attentive. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool looked good and clean, but it was too cold outside for me to try it out. Also the sushi restaurant inside is amazing. Loved the food. I will definitely come here nest time I go to Disneyland! Thank you all at the Fullerton Hotel!

Although it is a bit far from Disney, this hotel offered great service! The people are so welcoming and helpful. We had a shuttle that drove and pick us up from Disney, a hot buffet breakfast, the in house restaurants are great! Totally would stay here again!

They need a better clean up company.....Just checked in tonight after a long drive from Sacramento. Went to close the drapes and came across this..... Too tired to deal with it tonight. I'll definitely mention this to the front desk.I do not have a forensic background but work in water damage restoration and have done numerous bio/ crime scene cleanup. Too bad I don't have any luminol.Update: Went to the front desk the next day and they apologized and offered another room which is very much appreciated. Security constantly drives around the parking lot which is a comfort to see since we are near an industrial area.

Friendly and girl in helpdesk did give us a nice room for the whole week stay. Wheelchair accessible and all! The kitchen or manager in the breakfast dining area is so accomodating. Great place!

We stayed at the Hotel Fullerton during our 2 day Disney Trip. We had a very pleasant experience. We drove early to Disney so we weren’t going to check in until close to midnight first day, someone from the hotel called us to let us know they would have our room ready and that we could check in at any time no problem. We had the multi family room with a king wall bed and they offered to pull it down for us, when we arrived everything was orderly and clean. The breakfast buffet was great, excellent customer service and the staff was on top of everything. I would like to give a special shout-out to Romel who I believe is the host/manager. He was incredible, super professional and made our experience 10/10. My entire family loved him and his work ethic persona. The hotel itself was also very clean and nice a lot of amenities available. For future Disney visits we will look forward to staying there again.

Check in was fast. Room was quiet on the first floor facing the swimming pool;stayed in Room 122. All you can eat breakfast was delicious includes Eggs, sausages, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, toast, cheese blitz, and oranges. Apple juice, coffee, and orange juice. Free Parking on site and free shuttle to Disneyland. The Ramen and Sushi restaurant was yummy too.

Great amenities, awesome breakfast buffet, very kind and polite front desk staff, wonderful cleaning staff. The Sakura restaurant with in the hotel was delicious and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back to stay the next time I'm in the area. 6 stars out 5! Keep up the great work guys.

Although this place was a 3-Star hotel, their facility, their services, and their overall quality as a hotel were on par with a 4-star hotel. They have some excellent staff, are very respectful of privacy, and serve a decent complimentary breakfast. On top of that, they also have free parking, which is not easy to find among other hotels in California. And they are only 15 minutes away from Disney Land! And additionally, they have decent Wi-Fi with fast speed which is also very rare to find among many other hotels!

We originally booked for 3 nights. When we checked in the room was decent but had an odor. Our second day we found a huge roach in the bathroom. Called front desk and she advised she would send housekeeping. I immediately asked for a new room. She sent us to another room in the back the hand towels had someone’s fake eyelashes and bedding was dirty. Front desk told us it would not be until 4pm for another room. The manager just listened to our conversation and did not even apologize or comp us. We immediately checked out! Never again! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all!!!

This hotel is way out in the middle of an industrial area. No stores close by. Good breakfast but wanted to take a cup of coffee up to our room from the breakfast area and they wanted three dollars for each cup of coffee (regular drip coffee). Pillows are small and extremely uncomfortable. This hotel would also benefit from learning what fabric softener is. The towels and sheets are like cardboard. On top of that, one of the blankets on the bed sounds like a crib mattress. The pool is nice and big the breakfast is great. But because of everything other than the pool and breakfast, I would not stay there again .
