My teen daughter ordered a decaf iced vanilla latte and when she was almost done with it, she said, “Mom, there’s this thing inside that’s not ice” and showed me what looks like a sharp plastic or glass. What is this?? I don’t even want to think what could have happened if she had swallowed it.

Their drinks are amazing. The place attracts some odd balls. And the staff is overworked with limited equipment. So the staff doesn't have the time to provide the right amount of service. It's definitely a must try if you're in the neighborhood. The banana Carmel latte with an extra shot is my favorite. My wife will always get their tiramisu latte. Oh, I almost forgot, no a/c, so order ahead.

Single origin beans for the coffee lovers!
First time at this location, surprised to find an artisan coffee maker in Fullerton.
The owner gets his hands on selecting the beans, evaluating, roasting in the location, and evaluating the final product.
Single Origin coffees: I got a cup of Ethiopian . The flavor is complex with a bit of fruit, and a note of spices, not overwhelming, a very pleasant.
Custom pastries: A lot of attention has been paid to the detail. A simple scone purchase came with a cup of strawberry jam and a cut of butter!

A little above average for price but with unique offerings. They have a really fancy pour over machine and lots of fun drinks to try. Haven't been disappointed yet. Nice for studying or hanging out. Some of the tables could be a little better for studying (like charging ports)

Very nice coffee shop. The pour over is really good. You should try their iced pour over.

My family absolutely loves The Mugs! This Fullerton gem is a must-visit for coffee and scone enthusiasts. Their scone selection is incredible with flavors like blueberry, earl grey, sea salt caramel, and butter. It's hard to choose just one! Plus, the pour over bar is amazing. Watching the barista craft your perfect cup is a real treat. If you're in Fullerton, don't miss The Mugs!

Super cute café just off the street with a lot of seating for any students or workers! There are a lot of menu options so I'll definitely have to come back and try their more unique options. It's a very bright and inviting environment. The wait was a little long for a latte but it's no problem at all if you're going to be dining in and working/chatting.

Parking: There is a public parking garage behind the street shops, with a 2 hour limit. It's free, but finding spots can be a little competitive.

It seems to me that the service is not what I expected, it was not closing time yet and they no longer wanted to serve me. From there the service begins and it was not good ?

Location is easy to find with easy access to parking. Ordered an iced vanilla latte, a pour over, and 2 cookies, (chocolate and matcha matcha macadamian nut). The latte was weak and tasted nothing like vanilla. I didn't really taste coffee for that matter. The cookies looked nice but were very bland and a bit dry. I didn't taste any trace of matcha or chocolate on the other. They were so bad my ten year old tried the chocolate and turned down more when offered. The pour over was ok but didn't really taste great. There are plenty of better coffee shops in walking distance. Very disappointing because the shop is nice and spacious and the staff is very polite. Coffee and food is just disappointing.
