So my wife has ordered from here in the past and it's pretty good. Today we went in for lunch and it was great. They have a promo deal of buy one get one half off for specialty rolls and if you spend 50 bucks you spin a prize wheel. This brought us in, but the food was great and will make us come back. I am not a sushi guy so the bento was a grip of food and filled me up. The wife got two specialty rolls and won a hand roll. Some gyoza and a beer it was a great start to the weekend. 5 stars will come back and bring others. Give it a shot, it's really good!

Rolls are average but spending the wheel when you spend over $50 to win a free dish adds to the fun. The chirashi bowl here is my go to dish. In terms of Quality & quantity for the price, it's hard to beat! The sashimi is fresh, ample amount of Uni that's fresh, and each piece is thick and meaty.

I was in the area and wanted the fresh sashimi. This place over exceeded my expectations.

This is no longer the same Old Boys that I know that served yummy dumplings and such, ITS A SUSHI PLACE NOW! While I have yet to try the sushi I’m sad to see they’ve changed but will give a good rating till I try the new menu.

This place is great! I came in for a late lunch, and although I was the only person in the restaurant at the time, the service was fantastic. Both the server and chef were extremely friendly, the fish was fresh and super thick cut in the 2 hand rolls I got. I also got the Alex special roll which was delicious and came out very quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back and might make this my go to sushi spot in Fullerton. I think the best bang for your buck comes with the nigiri and hand rolls with how thick cut the fish was.

Update:It is a Japanese / Sushi spot now. Omakase is $100 per person. It has 8 rounds. The finale is a sashimi platter and Kobe beef. It’s pretty good but I was expecting a little more pizzazz.The soup dumplings are very good. What a great spot in the middle of Fullerton. Highly recommend their boba as well. Will take more pics next time. Got distracted by the delicious food lol

Stoped by at this new sushi place and it was really good. The fish is fresh and thick cut which I love the most. Please try their sushi tacos, fried soft crab with imitation crab meat and rice over green lettuce with sauces on top. Health and delicious. Also ordered the spicy tuna one it's pretty good too.Their salmon bento box is something you definitely need to try. 2 pieces of salmon bellies with salad, rice, 4 pieces of Californian roll, and pickles, plus miso soup.Will definitely come back for more.
