Service was ok. The lady was ordering extra of everything; I didn't know why, could be because she was forgetful or because she knew it was a company Christmas party. Food was ok. The place is very nice

Our Traditional Family Dinner. I've been going to the Spaghetti Factory for over 30 years and this was the worst service I've ever had there. It's sad but maybe our server needs to think about another profession

I realize we're approaching Christmas & more shoppers are out n about and family/friends gathering but get more wait staff or properly train your crew. We waited 10-12 minutes for 2 waters when there were 4 of us, another 5 for the 2 beers and 2 waters. Our side order of broccoli, that I wanted to eat with our meal came with our salads and had to wait quite a bit after our dessert for the bill and longer for the Togo box. Almost was tempted to use the D&D card

Recently pasta has been served with inadequate sauce. Tonight we saw why. For $1.50 you can ask for extra sauce or Make it Saucy for $2.99. REALLY?

Sat in a both in the back. Felt very private. Not the typical restaurant vibe I'm used too. Not bad, just different. Or server was great... Wish I remembered her name though. She was friendly attentive and thorough.
Food wise, a little disappointed. The chicken parmigiana was kind of bland. Sauce good, chicken dry and not well seasoned. Haven't had that problem before. Lasagna was alright, again not mind blowing.
Will we be back? Yes.

I love the mizithra pasta, and try to visit whenever I'm in town. My only complaint is that it was freezing inside. Service was good and the food is always good.

Consistent food and good service. Always busy so make reservations or go off hours. Parking is not the easiest but not their fault.

Half clam sauce and half mazithra cheese. Managers Special allows for two sauces.
