It was OK. In Southern California too many "French" pastry vendors attempt to make French pastries, perhaps because it's light and not as sweet as typical American pastries but these we tried were not buttery enough and the dough was dry, at least not by our memories of what real French pastries tasted like when we lived in the 13th Arrondisement in Paris, France.

One of the part-time workers there is a chubby girl with short hair and a hat. She's so unfriendly! When a customer asked for a cake, he started to squeal and rolled his eyes. It was so absurd! Well, I don’t even expect a proper response! But I think part-time workers who can’t even do the most basic things only give customers a bad feeling and are of no help to the store!! What I really wanted to say was that my child was next to me and I endured it! This is my first time writing a review like this! It's a local store, but I don't think it's really right to treat customers that way. I've only been to the store once or twice, and I thought all the part-time workers I've seen were nice, but that short haircut...is the worst. I think you need to retrain your staff!
