What's Up Japanese Noodles

Amazing experience eating here, right as me and my bf walked through the door we were greeted by the whole staff with cheerful smiles, they had great music and comfy seats, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting beside it being so crowded in there but the food is absolutely delicious! Me and my bf had the spicy miso ramen and a California roll and it was amazing, so much flavors and food is fresh, We've gone to other ramen places and we always come back to this one. 10/10 ✨

Absolutely amazing place for Ramen me and my GF have been everywhere and nothing comes close to this place they make you feel so welcomed and the spicy miso is top tier ??? highly recommended it!!!

Hands down one of the best ramen spots I've been to yet I live in bellflower and drive to this place just for a bowlnof ramen my kids love it as well. Very small joint with very welcoming employees. Love how the chefs greet you on the way in and on the way out. Also from what i understand it is japanese owned so in my opinion should be fairly close to authentic right. Any how try it food is great.

Tourist trap ramen place. Maybe this place used to be good, but there were like 4 servers doing nothing while one chef was juggling orders.

Broth was lukewarm and chashu pork was sliced prosciutto thin.

Was just looking for a Ramen shop on the way home. Thought I give this place a try. The food was OK. All the ramen soup base was pork, but the soup base was very light, not very heavy. I not a fan of al dente noodles, the noodles seemed a bit under cooked for my liking. If I go there again I probably will ask if they can cook the noodles just a bit longer. I like you can order other dish half order so I ordered the Mabo Don. The Mabo Don was a bit disappointing. It basically tasted like they just used teriyaki sause and Tofu combined to make the Mabo Tofu. Won't be ordering that again. The only thing that was really outstanding was the service, that's why I left a good tip. I will probably give this place another try when I get a chance, but for now, this is my current review of the place.

It feels local since you cross that door! we ordered aka, chuka soba, tonkotsu and karaage chicken, everything was super tasty and flavorful. if you order extra noodles it’ll be EXTRA noodles hahahha

the service is perfect, very friendly. I hope to come back some day ??

Food was not bad. (I had spicy ramen, not spicy at all.... )

I understand that it was hot day but.. inside temperature felt like over 80°F... I was melting.....

Service was fantastic noodles were mediocre, the green onions tasted funky, they were slimy it ruined the whole bowl and I love good fresh green onions. The pork was tasty, miso broth was good but not great. I won't be back because there are many places to eat in the area that I find better, but the servers were fantastic!!
