I’m quite selective about where I dine out, which isn’t very often, especially when I’m with my nieces and nephews who usually choose the restaurant. This time, I decided to revisit Wienerschnitzel after years, excited for a nostalgic meal. Then you take upon yourself when I give you my card you disappear for 45 seconds and then come back and asked me for the pin number I don't have to give you my PIN number I asked her to put it in myself and she said I couldn't that the machine was on the other side. Other side or not you were gone a few seconds with my card and then you come back and ask me for the pin number 😳 I'm by no means calling her a thief I've just never seen that done before
However, my experience was disappointing from the start. As soon as I reached the call box, I encountered an employee named G.R.I.S who had a notably poor attitude. I understand that we all have off days, but it’s crucial to leave personal frustrations at the door, especially in customer service. Her snappy demeanor and the noticeable bass in her voice set a negative tone.
When I reached the window, her attitude hadn’t improved. I believe that spending my hard-earned money shouldn’t come with a side of bad service. Frustrated, I decided to drive away without my order.
I cannot recommend this Wienerschnitzel location on Orangethorpe and Highland. Employees should remember that their attitude can significantly impact customers' experiences and, ultimately, the company’s reputation and revenue. When you're working for a company you represent them so your bad customer service and your attitude reflects the company remember that the next time you decide to cost them some money Gris

They didnt return our card and charged another ten dollars. When we called the manager seemed extremely dismissive until we kept calling and she asked us to wait to get our card back until the following day, we eventually just drove there where they had our card and did a refund. But the process was extremely unprofessional, uncomfortable and overall extremely ridiculous. Weve called customer service only to get ghosted and sent to voicemail. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY.
Ps. The manager was very strange when we asked for our card, giving the same name but two different colored cards and only took us seriously when we said we were going to drive over. Something shady is going on at this location. AVOID AT ALL COST
