THIS GOTTA BE THE WORST ORDER OUT OF THE FIVE TIMES THAT I HAVE BOUGHTEN from here!!! says $25 purchase and over , you get ten free wings didn’t get no wings for free you all scammed me robbed me and, at the end of the day they don’t have my receipt!!!! Like come on, worst place ever and this why I stopped buying from this place, worst manager and worst costumer service ever!!

Do NOT order from this location unless you like your food undercooked. The Wingstop on Lincoln and State College said they ran out of boneless wings so I went to this location and will never go back again! Both my wings and fries were undercooked.

DONT ORDER HERE!!!! I ordered directly from them at 1pm on Sunday 2/9. My order got cancelled 7 HOURS LATER!!!! I’ve been trying to get my money back for a week and keep getting the run around from EVERY EMPLOYEE. The manager Ofelia is rude and does not care at all. They will not give people their district managers information claiming they are not allowed to provide that information. It’s a mess. Never again. Wish I could give negative stars.

Ordered wings at 10:30 am on Superbowl Sunday, thinking that should give them enough time.

I went to pick up at 3. There was a line out the door. I figured it's a busy day and waited in the line for 30 minutes. When I finally got inside, waited more, as the whole place was filled with people trying to pick up their order.

There were dozens of bags on one side of the room, but they were still trying to take new orders. We were all waiting! I finally got someone to look for my order, and she said, my order wasn't ready.

The game was about to start, so I went home. Came back during half time, and they still couldn't find my order. There still was many bags in the table that never got picked up.

It was a disaster of a place.

They were out of forks during my visit. Really weird stuff for a place that serves boneless wings. The boneless wings were also cut oddly and seemed smaller than in my previous experiences. Left a bit unsatisfied, all things considered.

I ordered through door dash and I ordered the 20 piece boneless wings with fries.
When my food got dropped off it only contained 10 bone in wings and no fries and a brownie.
Unfortunately since door dash doesn't care about customer service I only got $6 dollars refund.
Please fix this issue.

Order atomic with barely sauce, check it out inside the restaurant and ask for more sauce just to look like they put atomic sauce on my wings and they ask me to pay extra for sauce that I supposed to have in my wings.

Tenders had half the seasoning I ordered and my fries weren’t well-done like I asked, they were very much soggy.

edit: some of my buffalo fries are still raw, dropping to 2 stars from 3.

I’ve been to a few wing stops and this is my second going to late at night. The customer service experience here is lacking especially you have a male cashier who speaks low to the point you can’t hear him on top of being timid. The female cashier was much professional. I seen a lot of customer mad about their orders not being ready then I seen 5 or 6 dudes in the back just standing around with no urgency. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back
